サーミスタの共通電極となる2枚の薄い金属板と
、金属放熱体と、その金属放熱体と上記電極板と
を絶縁する2枚の絶縁板とからなり、正特性サー
ミスタはそれらの正特性サーミスタの両電極がそ
れぞれ一平面になるように上記絶縁枠体の貫通孔
に収納され、それらの正特性サーミスタの両電極
面と上記金属板が導通するように電極面に絶縁性
接着剤で金属板を固着し、さらにその両側から上
記絶縁板を介して金属放熱体を固着し、上記電極
板から端子またはリード線を絶縁枠体の外に導出
