- 下端に排気口を有する反応管を縦型に配置した
気相成長装置の前記反応管の下端に対する排気管
の接脱装置において、前記排気管を反応管の下端
に対して昇降可能に取付けたアクチユエータと、
前記排気管に対してその昇降方向と平行に設けら
れたガイド手段とを具備することを特徴とする気
相成長装置の排気管接脱装置。
