Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 原水を純水製造装置により純水に変換し、
この純水をユースポイントに供給する純水供給シ
ステムにおいて、 前記純水製造装置系内およびそれに連結した純
水供給管路内に付着した付着物を洗浄除去するた
めのオゾンガスを供給するオゾンガス供給装置を
備えていることを特徴とする純水供給システム。 (2) 前記オゾンガス供給装置は、純水製造装置
に至る原水供給管路内に配置されている原水タン
ク内に、オゾンガスをバブリングするためのバブ
ラーを備えている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の純水供給システム。
