So-called iron wire armor, in which iron wire is wound horizontally, is often used as a protective layer for power cables, etc. There are two ways to wind the iron wire horizontally: one is to wrap the iron wire around the cable, and the other is to rotate the cable and wrap the iron wire around it. In the former method, the iron wire is supplied by bobbin removal, and in the latter method, iron wire sheathing is carried out by bobbin removal or carrier removal. In this method of feeding iron wire, the method using a carrier is preferable because it can increase the length of iron wire fed at one time, but when drawing out the iron wire, the iron wire may become tangled, or there may be kinks or breaks. There was a risk that this would occur.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a method for drawing out carrier-removed iron wire, which eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, allows iron wire to be supplied without causing tangles, kinks, wire breaks, etc., and thereby dramatically improves work efficiency. Our goal is to provide the following.

The gist of the present invention is to draw out the iron wire via a freely rotatable spring on the upper part of the carrier, and embodiments according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a diagram for explaining the method of drawing out the iron wire according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which the iron wire 3 is wound around a carrier 2 provided in the form of a pillar on a base 1 in a well-known carrier structure. It will be prepared. The lead-out end 3a of the iron wire 3 is attached to the top of the carrier 2.
A bearing 4 rotatable in a plane parallel to the general winding plane of
and a spring 5 whose one end is connected to the bearing 4 so as to extend outward from the carrier 2 by a suitable length through an internal space (not shown).

In this way, the iron wire 3 bundled and prepared on the carrier 2 is rotated by the spring 5 around the winding center of the iron wire on the carrier 2 and vibrated while being pulled out when the iron wire is drawn out, so that the iron wire is not tangled or kinked. The iron wire in the bundled state can be smoothly untied and pulled out without causing wire breakage or the like. Here, the spring force, length, internal space, and other dimensions and features of the spring 5 should be appropriately selected depending on the dimensions and features of the iron wire used, but as is clear from the above, at least when drawing out the iron wire, It should be selected so that it will not be curved in such a way as to obstruct the smooth pulling out of the iron wire, or have extremely high rigidity that will not impart appropriate vibrations to the iron wire.

As described above, according to the present invention, the iron wire provided on the carrier in a bundled state can be smoothly unraveled by pulling the iron wire through the spring which is rotatable around the winding center on the carrier. and can prevent kinks and disconnections,
This makes it possible to efficiently pull out the wire.
