Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a string which has been bundle while being twisted in advance to be approximately linearly pulled out with the twist eliminated at the time of pulling out the wire from an inner diameter side by providing a hole at the center of a container receiving the bundle wire and pulling out an initial end of the wire through the hole. SOLUTION: Electric wire 2 which have been bound with twist of one rotation (360 deg.) per roll are received inside a case 1 made of a corrugated fiberboard or the like. A hole 3 of such a size that the electric wire can pass through is provided on an upper face of the case 1, an initial end 4 of the electric wire is pulled out from the inside a roll 2 of the electric wire, and it is fixed by an adhesive tape or the like so that it may not be pulled in during transportation. When the cable is to be used, the initial end 4 is desirably pulled out orthogonally to the upper face of the pull-out case. Thus only one wire can be pulled out through the hole 3, wherein the twist is eliminated inside the case without being brought outside, so that it can be linearly pulled out without twist.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a package for pulling out a bundle of wires or the like without twisting the bundle when rotating the bundle without rotating the bundle. , And withdrawal methods. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a bundle of wires or the like is pulled out without rotating the bundle, the wire is twisted once per winding, and there is a problem in use. In order to solve this, there is a winding method in which the twist in the reverse direction is previously set when the bundle is taken out, and the twist is eventually eliminated when the bundle is pulled out.
(For example, Japanese Patent Application No. 8-353416) However, when the filament wound by this method is pulled out at the time of use, it is twisted. If the wire is carelessly pulled out, the twist is not sequentially eliminated but concentrated at one place. On the contrary, tangling may occur. Conventionally, bundled electric wires (for example, small-diameter LAN cables) and the like are placed in a container such as a cardboard case, and when used, are placed on a surface perpendicular to the axis of the bundle. A part of the case is cut into a circle having a size close to the inner diameter of the bundle, and is drawn from the inner diameter side of the bundle through the hole.
If there is no twist beforehand, when the wire leaves the case,
It is pulled out relatively smoothly, but as it is pulled out, it twists once per turn of the bundle, and when twisting long dimensions, the twisting hinders the work. If the pre-twisted wire is pulled out in the same manner, the recovery of the twist may not be uniform and may cause partial tangling. The present invention provides a package in which twisting is eliminated when an electric wire or the like wound with a twist is drawn out in advance.
And withdrawal methods. [0004] In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a striated body is easily provided at substantially the center of a drawer side surface of a cardboard case or the like in which the striated body is stored. A hole is provided so as to allow passage, and the starting end of the striatum is slightly pulled out and fixed in advance. When using the striatum,
When holding the tip and pulling it out of the case, only one striated body is pulled out through the hole, and the twist is not taken out to the outside, but is removed inside the case and pulled out without twist. come. At this time, if the striated body is pulled out in a direction perpendicular to the winding inside the case, that is, in the axial direction of the winding, the twist in the case can be smoothly eliminated and the pulling out becomes easy. Pulling the case upward when it is placed horizontally corresponds to this. However, when there is a trouble in the operation, the same effect can be obtained by pulling the case vertically and horizontally, that is, horizontally. However, even if the wire is pulled out by this method, regardless of the twist, it is not possible to eliminate the curl generated when the wire is wound into a bundle. In order to correct this and pull out the wire in a straight state or a state close thereto, a guide having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the striated body for guiding the striated body is provided. The striatum is passed through this guide to modify a substantial portion of the winding. When the guide is not used, it is pushed into the case and stored, and the starting end of the striatum is exposed outside. When trying to pull out the striated body while holding the initial terminal, the guide is easily pulled out together with the striated body, so that the guide does not become an obstacle to eliminating the twist inside the case, and passes through the guide. The striatum passes through and plays a role in eliminating entangling habits. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows a commonly used packaging case for wiring wires and the like. In case 1
An electric wire 2 (indicated by a dotted line) bundled with one turn (360 degrees) of twist per winding is stored. Of course, the packaging case does not need to be cardboard, and there are various methods for the same purpose, such as packaging the outer periphery of the bundle with a resin shrink film or the like. A hole 3 is provided on the upper surface of the case 1 such that an electric wire or the like passes therethrough, and a starting terminal 4 of the electric wire or the like is drawn out from the inner diameter side of the bundle. The terminal is fixed with adhesive tape or the like so that it will not be pulled in during transportation. When using an electric wire or the like, the electric wire is pulled out from the starting terminal and used. The reason is that when the wire is pulled out in the lateral direction, the twist of the wires and the like inside the case is eliminated, but the relative angle including the direction of the wires and the like coming out of the bundle through the hole depends on the position of the wires and the like away from the bundle inside the bundle. Because it is different. When it is difficult to pull out the wires or the like upward, the same purpose can be achieved by standing the case and pulling it out from the side as shown in FIG. FIG. 3 is a kind of straightening provided to eliminate or alleviate a curl (a kind of plastic deformation that occurs once per winding) that occurs when a bundle having a small inner diameter is used when drawing out an electric wire or the like. It shows how to attach the guide 5, which is a container,
Shows the cross section of the case. When not in use, the guide is housed in a case as shown in the figure, and the leading ends of the wires and the like are pulled out to the outside through wires and the like in the guide and fixed with adhesive tape or the like. FIG. 4 shows an aspect when using an electric wire or the like.
The guide is pulled by the terminal and protrudes to the outside, and serves to straighten the wires and the like when the wires and the like pass therethrough.
Needless to say, it can be pulled out by hand.
Therefore, the guide does not prevent the twisting of the filament in the case at that time. Since the flange-shaped rings 6 are provided at both ends of the guide to restrict the movement of the guide, the guide does not come off when the electric wire or the like is pulled out, and does not fall into the case when pushed into the case. According to the present invention, when a bundle of wires or the like is pulled out without rotating the bundle, the wire can be easily pulled out without twisting, but it is particularly long. Since the twist is not accumulated when pulling out, there is provided an easy-to-use method which can be drawn out linearly and has a remarkable effect on work. Furthermore, the conventional packaging dimensions and methods do not need to be changed, and the economy and workability are excellent.
