熔融合成樹脂を噴入させた後、上下金型を噛合さ
せて加圧成型させる合成樹脂成型装置における熔
融樹脂圧送用の分岐管機構であつて、金型に貫通
穿設された噴入孔内にバルブ装置の摺動部を内填
し、かつバルブ装置の駆動部を金型外部に装着す
るとともに噴入孔の始端部とアキユムレータの吐
出口とを、所要分岐管及び流量調整弁を介して、
耐圧、耐熱性であつて熱供給部を持つ可撓性パイ
プで連通連結してなることを特徴とする熔融樹脂
圧送用分岐管機構。 (2) 前記可撓性パイプの熱供給部が、この可撓
性パイプの内周又は外周にパイプ長だけ連続して
あるいは不連続で装着されてなることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の熔融樹脂
