Claims (1)
- 空気を吸入するための空気吸入ポートと、空気
を吐出するための空気吐出ポートと、これら空気
吸入ポートと空気吐出ポートとの間の位置に設け
られたバルブシートと、このバルブシートに離接
し流通空気を計量する弁体と、この弁体の位置制
御を行なうソレノイドとを備え、前記バルブシー
トあるいは前記弁体の当接面にはビード部が形成
され、このビード部の高さは０．３５mm以下であ
る流量制御弁。
