DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a floor construction method that can absorb impact sound from a lightweight floor in a living room in the above-mentioned house, allows for easy and inexpensive replacement of floor materials, and maintains functionality even after replacement. This was proposed for the purpose of providing a sound insulating material with glass fiber non-woven fabric integrally formed on the upper surface, which is peelably bonded to the back surface of the floor finishing material to form a composite. The gist of the present invention is a floor construction method, which is characterized in that the sound insulating material is glued to the floor subsurface with the sound insulating material facing down, and when replacing the floor finishing material, the sound insulating material is left on the subfloor and only the floor finishing material is replaced. .

As described above, in the present invention, the sound insulating material and the floor finishing material are integrally formed, and the sound insulating material is bonded to the subfloor surface in layers, so that the presence of the sound insulating material reduces the light floor impact noise on the floor surface. This prevents noise from living in the living room from propagating to the lower floors.

Furthermore, since the floor finishing material and the sound insulating material are layered so that they can be peeled off, when reapplying the floor finishing material, the sound insulating material is left on the subfloor surface and a new floor finishing material is layered and bonded on top of the sound insulating material. This allows for easy replacement of floor covering materials. Therefore,
Sound insulation materials can be used for a long period of time, and only the floor covering material needs to be replaced, reducing costs while maintaining sound insulation performance.

以下本発明を図面について説明する。 The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

A is a composite, and the sound insulation material is a vinyl chloride foam layer 1 on which a glass fiber nonwoven fabric 2 impregnated and cured with polyvinyl chloride paste resin is layered, and a polyvinyl acetate adhesive or the like is applied thereon. An intermediate adhesive layer 3 consisting of the following is laminated to form a base material a.

Further, a polyvinyl chloride foam layer 5 is layered, and a pattern layer 6 patterned by gravure printing or the like and a surface protection transparent layer 7 made of polyvinyl chloride are layered on top of the layer 5 to provide a floor finish. The material b is formed, and the floor finishing material b is layered on the intermediate adhesive layer 3 of the base material a, thus forming the composite A.

Next, a new floor finishing material b is applied to the foam layer 1 remaining on the floor B, and a new floor finishing material b is applied to the back side of the same layer b or the intermediate adhesive layer 3.
This layer is applied to the surface using the same type of adhesive as the same layer 3 applied to the surface, thereby completing the replacement work of the floor finishing material.

It should be noted that each component of the composite is made of a desired material other than the glass fiber nonwoven fabric, for example, the floor finishing material is made of fibers or other materials in addition to synthetic resin materials. It is made of felt or other cushioning material instead of the foam layer, and these materials can provide a floor heat insulation effect.

Even after the floor covering material is removed, the sound insulating material remains bonded to the subfloor, and the next floor covering material is newly layered on top of it and ready for use.
If the floor covering material becomes unusable due to wear or damage, only the floor covering material can be replaced any number of times, and the sound insulation material can be used repeatedly. Therefore, it goes without saying that the sound insulating material must have excellent cushioning properties, sound insulation properties, and heat insulation properties, but it must also have excellent dimensional stability and mechanical strength. If the expansion and contraction are large, gaps or bumps may occur at the joints between the sound insulating materials, which will have a negative impact on the floor finish material. Adhesive interfaces between floor substrates and floor finishing materials are also adversely affected, and in this case, the adhesive strength at the interfaces decreases.

Furthermore, sound insulating materials must be able to withstand repeated use over and over again, but in order to do so, they must also have the ability to withstand walking, material dragging, and the use of a comb trowel during repositioning. It won't happen.

In the present invention, all such problems are solved by laminating a glass fiber nonwoven fabric on the upper surface of the foam layer, and in the present invention, the combination of the foam layer and the glass fiber nonwoven fabric is essential as a sound insulating material. Nonwoven fabrics other than glass fibers are also conceivable, but nonwoven fabrics made of synthetic fibers, for example, have insufficient dimensional stability and cause the problems described above.
