図中１はパルス信号源、２はＰＮＰ｝ランジスタ、３は
ダイオード、４，５は抵抗、６はキャパシタ、７は鋸歯
状波出力端子、８は定電流ダイオードである。
なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して
