ルミニウム等の金属蒸着プラスチツクフイルムと
熱伝導率の小さいスペーサーとを交互に重ねて形
成された積層断熱材層を設けた極低温用積層断熱
材において、該プラスチツクフイルムの片面また
に両面に適当な間隙で無蒸着スリツト部が形成さ
れており、該スリツト部が上下で重ならないよう
に積層されていることを特徴とする、うず電流発
生を防止した極低温用積層断熱構造。 (2) 無蒸着スリツト部が縞模様または格子模様
を形成する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
積層断熱構造。 (3) プラスチツクフイルムの表裏両面金属蒸着
の場合、表面と裏面とで無蒸着スリツト部が重な
らないように形成された実用新案登録請求の範囲
