In a finishing roving frame or a ring spinning frame, the raw material roving is wound around a bobbin, placed on a creel, etc., and fed out. When the roving is rewound, it is replaced with a new full-wound roving bobbin, and this roving bobbin replacement is generally called shinogae.
Incidentally, from the viewpoint of work efficiency, this thread change is carried out sequentially or once for each group of spindles or for each spindle, but the length of the roving wound around the bobbin is determined by the cutting of the roving during winding and the spinning machine stand. It is not constant depending on the operating conditions. In addition, the roving bobbin set on the creel is rotated by the roving being fed out, and the feeding roving is bent by the guide member, so friction occurs and abnormal elongation occurs, causing the roving to be wound to a certain length. Even with a bobbin, the end of unwinding (unwinding length) is not constant. Furthermore, due to the stoppage of the spindle due to a thread breakage failure or the like on the spinning machine side, a bobbin with residual thread is always generated during the thread change operation.

On the other hand, in order to streamline the work, various methods and automated devices have been proposed for changing the roving, but at the beginning of the roving, the shortest length of roving is used. Since the bobbin is used as a control, there is even more yarn left on the bobbin, and this amount varies depending on the bobbin, from about half the winding height to 2 to 3 layers of roving. Miscellaneous.

On the other hand, the remaining thread bobbin cannot be reused unless the remaining thread is removed, so the remaining thread is removed by various means. Conventionally, this removal was done manually, but in order to streamline the work, an automatic residual yarn removal device was developed, and the removal came to be done completely mechanically. However, these automatic residual yarn removal devices are configured as independent devices and only remove the residual yarn by manually or mechanically collecting the residual yarn from the bobbin, and cannot be applied to the roving bobbin during transport. I couldn't do it.

On the other hand, when it comes to conveying roving, conventional transport vehicles are being replaced by overhead conveyors, and the refill bobbins of the spinning machines, etc., are also carried in and out using the conveyor individually or in groups.
Alternatively, systems have even come to be used in which a creel is constructed by using double rows of overhead conveyors. Therefore, the bobbins discharged after the reshaping are also hung on the carry-out conveyor and transferred to the woodwind storage section, but as mentioned above, there is naturally some residual yarn on the empty bobbin side after the reshaping, so there is no need to move the bobbins. It is strongly desired to develop a residual yarn removing device that can reliably remove residual yarns. The present invention has been arrived at as a result of intensive studies based on the above, and is designed to remove residual threads using suction airflow, simplify the structure, and ensure the suction action. However, such a lever of the present invention is such that the bobbin, which is suspended from a transport device and moves, has a side surface corresponding to the roving winding portion of the bobbin on one side of the locus of movement, and extends in the direction of movement of the bobbin. A formed roving suction box is provided, and the suction box is configured by connecting the depressurizing side of an exhaust fan through a filter, and the side surface thereof is provided with a roving suction box in the direction of the roving winding height of the bobbin on the bobbin movement entry side. The roving suction port is formed to be elongated and opened narrowly and long toward the center along the bobbin movement direction.

The present invention will be explained in detail below based on the drawings, which show one example of a specific implementation of the invention.
The present invention is not limited to these illustrated examples, but can be applied to other single-row type conveying devices, or by changing a part of the structure of the removal device or by making a partial design change in accordance with the spirit described above and below. The same purpose can be achieved even if you are old. Fig. 1 (front view) shows an example of a transporting device for empty bobbin 1 that has been replaced.Residual yarn 1a remains on empty bobbin 1, and as shown in the figure, the remaining yarn 1a has an individual residual amount. It's different. The illustrated conveying device 2 is a conveyor commercially available under the name of pipe pair, etc., and the pipe 3 has a slit formed on the lower side.
A roller chain 4 is run inside the pipe 3, and bobbin hanger members 5 are attached at regular intervals to the chain 4.
The bobbin hanger member 5 is shown as consisting of a sliding rod 5a and a freely rotating bobbin hanger 5b.
a is omitted and the hanger 5b is directly attached to the chain 4, or 8 to 12 bobbin hangers 5b are attached to a hanging rod, and the front and rear of the hanging rod are provided on the chain 4 so as to be swingable in the transportation movement direction. It consists of: In addition, these conveying devices 2 may be especially provided to process only bobbins having residual yarn, and in such cases, it is only necessary to select the residual yarn bobbins manually or mechanically and hang them on the conveying device. . The roving removing device of the present invention operates regardless of the presence or absence of yarn remaining on the bobbin during transportation, and removes only the yarn remaining on the bobbin. In addition, as long as this transportation device moves the bobbins in a single row and suspends the bobbins so that they can rotate freely, any suitable device can be used; if the transportation device transports the bobbins in double rows, The removing device of the present invention may be provided corresponding to each row. FIG. 2 (sectional view) is a left side view of FIG. 1, and the empty bobbin 1 can swing in the direction of the arrow via the swinging rod 5a, and the bobbin hanger 5b can freely rotate and freely move in the plane. It is set so that it can swing slightly.

On the other hand, the present inventor has been making efforts to develop a device for removing residual yarn from roving bobbins for the past 10 years, and has provided the device for removing residual yarn under the name of roving stripper to the industry and has been well received. This residual yarn removing device moves the flocked fabric in an endless band shape, and moves the residual yarn bobbin along a part of the surface in the opposite direction to the moving direction of the flocked fabric, so that the remaining yarn ends are taken up by the flocked fabric. while rotating the empty bobbin and rewinding the remaining thread,
The rovings are removed by a stripping roller provided on a part of the flocked fabric. That is, FIG. 3 (schematic diagram of the structure) shows an example of the remaining yarn removing device, in which the flocked fabric 7 is passed around a group of guide rollers 7a and moved in the direction of arrow A. Endless chains 8 are disposed on both sides of the flocked fabric 7, and carriers 9 are provided thereon at approximately regular intervals, and the remaining yarn bobbins are sequentially supplied between the carriers 9 at the inclined portion of the flocked fabric movement trajectory. while moving the carrier 9 in the direction of arrow B. As a result, the bobbin 1 rotates in the direction of arrow C (the roving rewinding direction), and the roving 1a is taken up by the flocked fabric 7 and is unwound as shown in FIG. 4 (partially enlarged sectional view of FIG. 3). The rovings 1b are attached to the surface of the flocked fabric 7 and peeled off, and are removed by a stripping comb 10 provided opposite to a part of the flocked fabric 7, as shown in FIG. That is, the main part of this residual yarn removing device is to move the flocked fabric and bring it into contact with the empty bobbin, and while rotating the empty bobbin with residual yarn, the residual yarn is taken up by the flocked fabric. However, as described above, it is difficult to apply the configuration shown in FIG. 3 to a bobbin suspended in a conveying device as shown in FIG. 1, and it is necessary to select a bobbin with residual thread and install it in this device. However, since roving can be removed efficiently using a flocked cloth belt, we considered applying this technique to bobbins during transportation. FIG. 5 (composition explanatory cross-sectional view) shows that in the conveying device illustrated in FIG. Carrier 9 that seems to match
A was provided on one side of the chain 8a and moved while supporting the lower side of the bobbin 1 to remove the remaining yarn as explained in FIG. However, this method has a limited processing capacity, requires a long flocked fabric belt, and has problems in installation. From these, the flocked fabric belt 7c may be arranged in an inclined manner as shown in FIG. 6 (schematic front view), or the inclined flocked fabric belt 7c may be provided on the sliding frame 11 as shown in FIG. 7 (schematic cross-sectional view). At the same time, the frame 11 is provided on the base 11a so as to be slidable as shown by the arrow D, and in particular, the one shown in FIG. This system was designed to support the lower side of the bobbin 1, and with this system, sufficient processing capacity could be obtained even if the flocked fabric belt 7c was shortened. However, with the flocked fabric belt system, there are problems in the maintenance and management of the belt, and it is necessary to develop a more effective residual thread removal device for the bobbin during transportation, and as described above, the present invention was achieved. It is something.

and an air blowing box 14 corresponding to the side surface of the suction box 13 on the bobbin entry side of the suction box 13 and sandwiching the transport bobbin, and an air blowing box 14 that guides the moving bobbin and actively rewinds the roving. It consists of a drive device that rotates the motor. and suction box 1
3 is connected to the upper surface side of the cotton collection box 17 installed on the floor by a duct via the fiber opening device 15, and on the side corresponding to the bobbin is shown in FIG. 11 (rear view of the suction box 13 shown in FIG. 10). A roving suction port 24 as shown in
will be established. On the other hand, a part of the cotton collecting box 17 is equipped with an exhaust fan 16.
is provided to reduce the pressure inside the cotton collecting box 17, and this reduced pressure acts on the inside of the suction box 13 via the fiber opening device 15.
(Fig. 10) is provided. The exhaust side of the exhaust fan 16 is connected to the blowout box 14 through ducts 16a and 16b, and the blowout box 14 is provided with a blowout nozzle 14a as shown in FIG. A stand frame 18 is attached to one end of the blowing box 14 and the suction box 13, or to one side of the cotton collection box 17 when installing a drive device to be described later. In addition, the length of the suction box 13 in the bobbin movement direction can be designed appropriately, and the length of the blowout box 14 and the number of blowout nozzles 14a installed can be freely changed, and these can be freely changed depending on the type of roving, the bobbin transportation speed, etc. can be selected. Further, it is recommended that the suction box 13 be installed such that the side surface is adjustable so that it approaches the bobbin on the bobbin entry side and moves away from it along the bobbin movement direction. That is, as shown in FIG. 11, the suction port 24 is formed into a longitudinal groove 24a along the bobbin's roving winding height direction on the bobbin entry side, and a narrow elongated groove 24a which narrows toward the center in the bobbin moving direction.
4b, in order to unwind the roving while suctioning it in this elongated groove 24b, the side away from the bobbin can be taken up with a gentler inclination angle to reduce contact friction and troubles in pulling out. . Further, it is preferable that the suction box 13 has a thin end side (bobbin exit side) so that a uniform vacuum can be applied to the suction port 24, and the design of these can be changed freely.

On the other hand, the bobbin drive device is connected to the stand frame 1.
8, the figure shows the drive device consisting of two endless belts 20, 20a, and the belts 20, 20a are connected to drive pulleys 21, 21 and tension pulleys 21a, 21, respectively.
The drive pulleys 21, 21 are both rotated by the motor 22, and the belt 2
0 and 20a, respectively, in the direction of the arrow (FIG. 9). Furthermore, since these belts 20 and 20a are provided with a gap between them so as to sandwich and touch the lower side of the bobbin 1 as shown in FIG. 9, the bobbin passing through the belt gap is rotated as shown by the arrow, and this rotation is caused by the rough winding. This is the direction in which the thread is rewound. Since these bobbins are suspended from the rotatable bobbin hanger 5b, they can be freely rotated and moved. 21
b is a guide roller for the belt, but the belt 20a side is a stationary type, and the belt 20 side is a guide roller for the belt 20.
The one that is biased toward the a side is recommended. 1
9 and 19a are bobbin guides.

In the roving removing device of the present invention constructed in this manner, when there is a remaining yarn bobbin on the transport bobbin, the yarn is first removed by the air blown out from the blowing nozzle 14a and the suction airflow acting on the suction port 24 formed on the side surface of the suction box 13. The ends of the remaining yarn are lifted up and guided to the suction port, and as the bobbin is rotated by the driving device, the remaining yarn is drawn into the suction box 13 very smoothly, and then passed through the opening device 15 into the cotton collecting box 17. It becomes a short cotton-like substance and is sucked in, and is collected by the filter 23. The collected spread cotton is taken out by opening the window door 17a. door 1
7b is provided for inspection and removal. The filter 23 may be a simple net-like filter, or it may be one that automatically discharges the collected cotton using a return air condenser or the like conventionally used for collecting and separating the collected cotton.

FIG. 13 is a plan view showing another embodiment of the present invention, in which a part of the roving bobbin conveying and moving device is provided with a residual yarn removal section curved in a substantially circular shape, and the roving suction The box 13a is curved, and the suction port 2 is
4 is formed in the same manner as in the previous example, as shown in FIG. 14 (schematic diagram of the configuration). Although the air blowing box is not shown, it can be constructed in the same manner as in the previous example. The driving device is a contact type as opposed to the clamping type, and a plurality of drive pulleys 25 are provided around a part of the top surface of the circular cotton collection box 17d so as to rotate the cotton collection box protrudingly. The driving pulley 25 is shown in FIG. 15 (see FIG. 14).
As shown in the partially cross-sectional explanatory diagram of the figure, the bobbin with no remaining yarn is hung vertically as shown by the chain line, so it is installed in a position that does not affect this, and the remaining yarn bobbin is placed in a position where the roving 1a is sucked in. Since it is drawn by the box 13a, the bobbin is arranged so as to actively rotate by utilizing the inclination as shown by the solid line, and the belt 20a may be used instead of the drive pulley 25. This configuration is effective because only the remaining thread bobbin is rotated. The fiber opening device and the cotton collecting device shown in the above example are provided in the circular cotton collecting box 17d.

Since the roving removing device of the present invention is configured in this way, it can be installed in a part of the bobbin suspension transportation device.
In addition, since these suspensions are of a freely rotating type, no special means for supporting and moving the bobbin is required, and the removal device can be constructed easily. In addition, since the suction of the remaining thread is made long along the bobbin entry side corresponding to the winding part and is elongated in the moving direction, the suction airflow can be used efficiently and the remaining thread can be removed reliably. Further, maintenance of the flocked cloth and the like is not required, and it can be used as a simple and stable removal device over a long period of time.
