Conventional technology and its problems Presently, doffing of roving bobbins from a roving machine, carrying work to carry the fried roving bobbins to a spinning machine, and further hanging the roving bobbins that have been carried and the creel of a spinning machine. The shino exchange work for exchanging the empty bobbin has been automated. In the above, the cut end of the roving thread that is automatically doffed has a weak holding force because it is lightly attached to the outer peripheral surface of the roving bobbin due to the fluff. There is a possibility that it will hang away from the roving, and once it hangs down, the unraveling of the roving proceeds due to the weight and vibration of the hanging roving, and the end of the roving breaks and sticks or scatters on the surrounding devices. It has been a cause of various troubles.

For the purpose of preventing unwinding of the roving end, the present applicant has previously proposed untwisting prevention devices for roving end as Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 62-282029 and 63-6122. However, these two conventional devices hold down the outer peripheral surface of the roving bobbin with a pressing device while the fried roving bobbin is being conveyed, rotate the roving bobbin in the winding direction of the roving, and attach it to the outer peripheral surface. By pressing the cutting end of the roving that is present, as a device for preventing the unwinding of the cutting end, it has some effect, but if the cutting end has already been unwound and droops, Since it only presses down on the outer peripheral surface of the roving bobbin while it hangs down, not only does it cause inconvenience in the spouting at the time of shining, which is carried out during shino exchange, but also the pressing device with a wide contact area of the roving bobbin. As it contacts and rotates,
It also has the drawback of roughening the surface of the roving.

When the roving yarn bobbin 9 is sent to the roving yarn end processing device 100, the rotating mechanism 101 operates to rotate the roving yarn bobbin 9 in the winding direction of the roving yarn so that the roving yarn bobbin 9 is in contact with the roving yarn bobbin 9. The stroking roller 111 is driven to rotate while stroking the outer circumference of the roving bobbin 9, and when the cutting end 500 of the roving is not unwound, this stroking operation surely cuts the cutting end 500. The thread bobbin 9 is pressed against and attached to the outer peripheral surface of the thread bobbin 9 to prevent the cutting end 500 from unwinding thereafter. Since the stroking member 103 is such that the outer circumference of the roving bobbin 9 is stroked to ensure the attachment of the cutting end 500, the stroking member 103 is not limited to the roller as in the embodiment, but is curved in an arc shape, for example. The structure is not limited as long as the above-mentioned stroking provides the effect such as contacting the arcuate surface of the metal plate with the outer circumference of the roving bobbin 9.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, when the cutting end 500 of the roving is unwound and is hanging down, the processing is performed as follows. When the roving bobbin 9 rotates, the hanging cutting end 500 is slightly separated from the roving bobbin 9 by centrifugal force so as to form a balloon. When the cutting end 500 rotates to the processing member 102 in this state, the cutting end 500 is rotated. 500 is engaged in such a manner that it rides on the pulling-up portion 110 of the processing member 102 as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 3, and thereafter, the fold portion 109 is formed along the slope of the pulling-up portion 110 by the rotation of the roving bobbin 9. While being pulled up to the outer circumference of the roving bobbin 9, the roving bobbin 9 is regularly wound in a layered manner, and then stroked by the stroking roller 111 as described above to surely adhere to the roving bobbin 9 while being conveyed to the spinning machine 2. Since it will not be unwound again, inconveniences such as induction of yarn breakage and fiber scattering will be eliminated.

Next, the embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 will be described. This example was carried out on a wagon type doffing machine disclosed in JP-A-60-10593, for example.
Is a doffing machine movably arranged along the front surface of the roving machine 1. The frame 302 of the doffing machine 300 has two sets of peg bars 30.
3, 303A are mounted so that they can be raised and lowered by an appropriate lifting mechanism. Further, on the frame 302, the roving bobbin 9 of the spinning machine 1 is fried and the peg 3 of the peg bar 303 descending.
A transfer device 305 for inserting the empty bobbin 9C from the peg bar 303A, which has been lowered by inserting the empty bobbin 9C into the peg 306A and inserting it into the roving machine 1, is attached. In this embodiment, the processing member 102 and the stroking roller 103
Is attached to the tip of a mounting lever 307 attached to the peg bar 303, and more preferably, the mounting lever 307 is pivotally attached to the peg bar 303 as shown in the drawing and is biased counterclockwise in the drawing by a spring 308. When the roving bobbin 9 is moving, a solenoid 309 that pushes the mounting lever 307 clockwise against the spring 308 is provided so that it comes into contact with the roving bobbin 9 as shown only when the roving bobbin 9 stops at a predetermined position. A smoother processing operation is performed. Next, in the present embodiment, the rotation mechanism 310 is similar to the second embodiment described above,
One of the pegs 306 rotatably attached to the peg bar 303
The individual pieces are rotated by a motor 311, and this rotation is transmitted to another peg 306 by a belt 212, and the roving bobbin 9 rotates in a predetermined direction while the peg bar 303 is being raised.

Finally, a fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 11 will be described. In this embodiment, the processing member 102 and the stroking roller 111
Is the same as that of the third embodiment except for a rotating mechanism 401 which is hung vertically on a mounting lever 404 mounted on a frame 400 attached to the peg conveyor 4 and which rotates the roving bobbin 9 as apparent from the drawing. However, since two rows of pegs 4a are rotatably attached to the peg conveyor 4, the processing members 102 and the sprinkling rollers 111 are provided on the left and right of the peg conveyor 4 in correspondence with the pegs 4a row. . Thus, the rotating mechanism 401 is provided on both sides of the peg conveyor 4 and rotatably provided with a rotating belt 402, and the rotating belt 402 is rotated by a motor 403.
The roving bobbin 9 inserted into the peg 4a of the peg conveyor 4 is stopped for a predetermined time to transfer to the lifting device 6 (Fig. 1) as described above, and at this time, the roving corresponding to the rotary belt 402 is moved. The lower part of the bobbin 9 contacts this, and the rotation of the motor 403 causes each roving bobbin 9 to rotate in the winding direction of the roving. In the figure, 405 is a spring similar to the above embodiment, and 406 is a solenoid.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As described in detail above, the present application provides the roving yarn bobbins fried from the roving machine, and provides the roving end treatment device in the middle of the conveying path that conveys the roving yarn bobbins to the spinning machine through a predetermined route. If the cut end of the roving is not unwound, the outer circumference of the roving bobbin is stroked with a stroking roller to prevent the unraveling after that. Even in such a case, since the contact surface with the roving bobbin is much narrower than that of the conventional apparatus, the roving on the outer surface of the roving bobbin is not exposed. Further, in addition to the effect of preventing the unwinding of the cutting end, the processing member hooks the uncut unwinding end of the roving yarn, and the processing member hooks it up to the bent portion. Since it is wound while being pulled up, it is wound like a roll in a roving machine in an orderly manner and stroking is performed. Therefore, unlike the conventional device, the problem of misfeeding is prevented unlike the case of pressing while hanging. Further, since the pulling upper portion extends obliquely downward, even if the unwinding portion of the cutting end fluctuates up and down, there are no mistakes in the hooking treatment, and all that is desired for the roving end treating apparatus is satisfied.
