Claims (1)
- 被試験装置をキヤリヤに搭載して移送し、コネ
クタで試験機と結合して試験を行う装置において
、該キヤリヤに、被試験装置側コネクタを配設す
ると共に、キヤリヤ先端側の基準位置とキヤリヤ
先端寄りに配設された被試験装置側コネクタとの
間の高さ方向の寸法を所定値に設定しておき、一
方試験機側コネクタは、弾性体によつて上下方向
に移動可能に支持されたホルダーに取り付けられ
、かつ該ホルダーには、コネクタ結合時にキヤリ
ヤの前記基準位置が乗り上げる基準位置を設け、
該基準位置と試験機側コネクタの中心との間の高
さ方向の寸法を、キヤリヤの基準位置と被試験装
置側コネクタの中心との高さ方向の寸法と等しく
設定し、更に該基準位置がキヤリヤの基準位置よ
り高くなるように支持されていることを特徴とす
るコネクタ結合機構。
