あった。Conventional Structure and Problems Conventionally, in a keyboard switch made of resin sheets facing each other, as shown in FIG. After forming the resin sheets 1 and 2, a spacer 4 is formed on the resin sheet 1 by an adhesive method or a printing method in order to maintain a constant distance between the contacts and the conductor circuit 3. 4 and the resin sheet 2, and to eliminate poor conductivity due to dirt entering the contacts 3, the adhesive layer 5 is formed by a printing method or the like, and then the resin sheets 1 and 2 are pasted. Thereafter, the A part or the mouth part is cut into a predetermined keyboard switch shape using a mold or the like. This method requires a printing process for the adhesive layer 5, and the resin sheets 1 and 2 usually have a thickness of 50 μm to 126 μm.
Because they are thin, even if the adhesive is carefully applied, misalignment or wrinkles often occur in the resin sheets 1 and 2. Also, recently, the outer peripheral parts of the keyboard switch are welded to the resin sheets 1 and 2 by methods such as heat welding or high frequency welding. After forming the keyboard switch into a predetermined shape using a mold, etc., welding is performed by heat welding or high frequency welding, or after welding the outer peripheral portions of the keyboard switch of the resin sheets 1 and 2, a mold is formed. There have been methods of forming a predetermined keyboard switch shape using a method such as the above, but either method requires a complicated manufacturing process and cannot be said to be highly suitable for mass production.

In other words, the external shape and various hole machining of the keyboard switch, which is made of resin sheets facing each other, are performed using a laser beam. This method is characterized by cutting and welding the sheets at the same time, and is intended to facilitate the manufacture of keyboard switches.

It is positioned by pins 9 on the combination jig. After that, it is placed on a laser device, and a laser beam 7 is used to melt the outer shape of the keyboard switch in the A section and perform various types of entry and exit cutting. At that time, the resin sheet 1 was melted by the heat of the laser beam 7,

It is welded as shown in section 3 and produces the same effect as bonding with adhesive. Alternatively, the laser beam 7 may be used to melt the opening part. In this case, the entire outer periphery of the keyboard switch and the entire hole of the resin sheet 1, X page f-4, and resin sheet 2 melted by the heat of the laser beam The periphery is welded, producing the same effect as bonding with adhesive.

It is positioned by the bin 9 on the combination jig. Next, the resin spacers e shown in FIG. 4, which have predetermined holes drilled at positions corresponding to the contacts 3 on the resin sheets 1 and 2, are assembled using the positioning holes 8, and then the resin sheets 2 are assembled. , the contacts and the conductor circuit 3 facing downward are assembled in the same way, resulting in the state shown in FIG. The keyboard switch is then placed on the movable table of the laser device, and the laser beam 7 is used to melt the external shape of the keyboard switch at the A part or the mouth part, and to perform various types of entry and exit cutting. At that time, due to the heat of the laser beam 7, the melted cut surfaces of the resin sheets 1 and 2, or the entire outer periphery of the keyboard switch of the resin sheet 1, the resin spacer 6, and the resin sheet 2, and the entire periphery of the hole are welded together as shown in section C. The effect is similar to that of using adhesive.

It is not necessary to cut out one set at a time; as shown in Figure @e, several sets to about 20 sets can be cut at the same time to further improve mass productivity. In this case, the resin sheets 1 and 2 between each string are welded together, making it difficult to separate each set after fusing. In order to prevent this, the resin sheets 1 and 2 between each string can be prevented from being welded by interposing the interleaving paper 1o between each string.

Furthermore, by stacking several to 20 sets and fusing them at the same time, mass productivity can be greatly improved, and the effects of the present invention are significant.
