おいても、人の手をわずらわすことなく、均一に
行なうことができるものである。

切換え操作により撹拌羽根を連続に回転駆動させ
たり、あるいは間欠に回転駆動させることができ
るため、卵等の泡立てから粉の撹拌までを撹拌羽
根のみで行なうことができ、したがつて、これま
で熟練しないと失敗することの多かつた粉の撹拌
も、撹拌羽根を一定の間隔で間欠的に回転させる
ことにより、昔から言われている泡が消えないよ
うにサツクリと粉を撹拌するという動作を確実に
行なわせることができ、その結果、人の手をわず
らわすことなく、誰でも均一に粉の撹拌を行なわ
