〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は、平行複数本の送S線を低張力で延線するのに

公知(例えば特公昭59−8123号)である。しかし
公知のものは2導体延線に限定され、かつその吊金庫は
1径間に於てのみ利用可能で、−一接径間へ移るときに
