The structure of the two-layer roof will be explained with reference to FIGS. 4 to 7. The cut-off periphery of the top of the main roof 5 is a ventilation opening 8 for ventilating the inside of the attic 7, and the main roof 9 at the periphery is A plurality of eave bundles 10 are erected at predetermined intervals, and the lower portions of the rafters 11 of the overhanging roof 6 are supported by the eave bundles 10, respectively. An overhanging roof 6 is supported here with an appropriate distance from the main roof 5. Reference numeral 12 denotes a drainage base material such as lauan plywood, which is provided all around the outside of each eave bundle 10. 1
3 is a drainage drain, which connects the standing wall portion 13a and the roof side wall portion 13.
It is formed to have an L-shaped cross-section with an angle b, and is provided over the outside of the L-shaped corner formed by the drainage base material 12 and the sheathing board 14 of the main roof 5. A roofing material 15 is provided to cover the roof side wall portion 13b of the drainage drain 13. Reference numeral 16 denotes a gable drain cutout, which is provided outside the corner of the upright wall portion 13a and the roof side wall portion 13b of the drain cutter 13, and a cosmetic drainer 17 is provided to cover the gable drain cutout 16. The lotion drainer 17 includes a covering portion 17a that covers the gable drainer 16, a rising wall portion 17b extending upward from the covering portion 17a along the outer surface of the rising wall portion 13a of the draining drainer 13, and a rising wall portion 17b extending from the covering portion 17a upwardly. The roofing material 15 is formed into a substantially L-shaped cross section with a roof side wall portion 17c extending laterally along the upper surface of the roofing material 15. 18 is a roofing, which is interposed between the drainage ditch 13 and the ditching base material 12, and between the roofing material 15 and the shedding board 14. In addition, the roof part of the overhang roof 6 is also covered with roof boards 19,
Roofing 20 and roofing material 21 are being constructed. In order to close the eave top portion 22 between the eaves of the overhanging roof 6 and the draining base material 12, a brace drainer 23 made of punched metal or the like is provided around the entire circumference. The brace drainer 23 is provided with a stepped portion 24 in the middle, an outer portion 25 on the eaves side is lower, an inner portion 26 on the side of the drainer base material 12 is higher, and the outer portion 25 and the inner portion 26 are stepped. A water gradient that slightly descends in the direction of the section 24 is appropriately set. The outer part 25 is fixed to the rafter joints 27 with nails, and the inner part 26 has a raised wall extending upwardly along the outer surface of the raised wall part 17b of the toilet drainer 17 on the inner end side. A wall portion 26a is provided, and each rising wall portion 13 of the drain drainer 13 and the lotion drainer 17 is provided with a wall portion 26a.
A and 17b are overlaid with each other and fixed to the draining base material 12 with nails. Incidentally, after this nailing and fixing, the field board 19 at the eaves end is constructed. Also, located at the lower end side of the water gradient of the outer part 25 and inner part 26 of the breath drainer 23, that is, near the step part 24,
A large number of long ventilation holes 28 are arranged in rows for ventilation.

The embodiment of the present invention is constructed as described above, and as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, outside air enters the attic 7 through the ventilation hole 28 of the breath drainer 23 on one side, and enters the attic 7 through the ventilation hole on the other side. It is discharged from 28. At this time, since a ventilation opening is provided in the eaves of the main roof 5, the air stagnant in the attic 7 is vented by chimney action from the air flow at the top of the attic 7. It is simultaneously discharged from the ventilation hole 28 of the drainer 23. Since this breath drainer 23 is provided over the entire circumference of the overhanging roof 6, the above-mentioned ventilation effect can be exerted even in all wind directions, and ventilation performance is improved. Additionally, compared to conventional structures, a larger ventilation area can be easily secured, which also improves ventilation performance.

Therefore, air does not stagnate in the attic 7, eliminating the heat in summer and preventing condensation in winter, providing a comfortable living environment. In addition, by filling the attic with heat insulating material 31 as necessary, even more comfortable living conditions can be obtained.

Furthermore, the gap between the main roof 5 and the overhanging roof 6 is covered by a rain cover structure including a drain drain 13, a makeup drain 17, a breath drain 23, etc.
Water that has flowed into the interior through the ventilation hole 28 of the breath drainer 23 is discharged from the ventilation hole 28 again due to the water gradient, thereby preventing rainwater from entering. Also, the water returning part 29
This also prevents rainwater from entering more effectively.
