には塗布厚みが厚、薄の不均等となり、高精度の
厚み精度を有する塗布層を得ることは出来ない。

ることが出来るようにしたことを特徴とする樹脂
の塗布装置である。

を現出せしめ、この時の厚み斑とダイアルゲージ
を読みとる。これらの相関性よりダイアルゲージ
の左右適正位置を決めてその様に荷重バランスを
とればよい。この操作により容易に第3図の如き
適正な厚み分布の塗布層が得られるものである。
更に本発明の今ひとつの効果としては運転中に生
ずる何らかの平行度を阻害する要因により塗布液
の分布に斑を生じたとしても、これはローラ軸位
置の変動として計測することが出来る為、容易に
適正ロール軸位置に再調整可能となり、塗布液の
分布を常に高精度に保つことが可能となるもので
ある。
