【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はガスバーナ用点火装置、さらに詳しく
は、ハンマーと、ハンマーで叩かれることにより
火花を発生してその火花でガスバーナを点火する
点火素子とを備えたガスバーナ用点火装置に関
し、その主な目的とするところは、種々のガス器
具のガスバーナに取着できるようにハンマーと点
火素子とを取付プレート上に取り付けることにあ
り、他の目的とするところは、組み立てが容易で
ハンマーと点火素子とを確実に保持できる構造を

以下、本考案の実施例を図面に基づいて説明す
る。本考案に係るガスバーナ用点火装置は、表裏
に貫通する長孔1を有した取付プレート2の長孔
1内にその長手方向に沿つてコイルばね3と点火
素子4とがハンマー5を介して一直線上に並べら
れ、点火素子4がハンマー5で叩かれることによ
り火花を発生しその火花でガスバーナが点火され
る点火装置であつて、ハンマー5は長孔1の巾方
向両側縁に夫々対応する溝6を有しその溝6が長
孔1の巾方向両側縁に嵌着されて長孔1の長手方
向に沿つて移動自在となり、コイルばね3は長孔
1の長手方向一端から突出する突起7に一端部が
嵌着されるとともに他端部がハンマー5の後面に
形成された保持孔8内に嵌入されてハンマー5を
点火素子4に向かつて付勢し、点火素子4には係
止段部9が設けられ点火素子4が長孔1内に嵌ま
つてその係止段部9を長孔1の巾方向両側縁に取
付プレート2表面側で係止し、取付プレート2表
面側には点火素子4の取付プレート2表面側への
突出部分に被さる取付金具13が配置され、取付
金具13は点火素子4に被さる押え板10から延
出する脚12,21を長孔1周縁に係止して取付
プレート2に固定されるものである。本実施例で
は、第1図に示すように、ハンマー5をコイルば
ね3が圧縮される向きに移動させるとともに、コ
イルばね3の所定量圧縮されたところで圧縮する
向きの力を解除することにより、コイルばね3の
ばね力でハンマー5を点火素子4に衝突させる点
火レバー30が取付プレート2上に配置された例
を示す。第1図に示すように、取付プレート2に
長孔1が形成される。長孔1は略矩形に形成さ
れ、長手方向の一端縁には突起7が突設される。
長孔1の長手方向における突起7寄りの一端部は
ハンマー5を装着するハンマー取付部14とな
り、長孔1の他端部は点火素子4を装着する素子
取付部15となつている。素子取付部15はハン
マー取付部14より巾方向の長さが大きく形成さ
れる。長孔1の長手方向中央部には素子取付部1
5よりさらに巾の広い点火窓16が形成される。
点火窓16周縁とハンマー取付部14周縁とはテ
ーパ17を介して連続し、点火窓16周縁と素子
取付部15周縁とは長孔1の長手方向と直角な係
止縁18により連続する。素子取付部15の巾方
向両側縁には夫々切欠11が形成される。ハンマ
ー5には巾方向両側にハンマー取付部14の両側
縁に係合する溝6が夫々形成され、素子取付部1
5側の一端面からは槌棒19が突出する。ハンマ
ー5の槌棒19とは反対の一端には保持孔8が形
成され、この保持孔8内にコイルばね3の一端部
が挿入される。コイルばね3の他端は長孔1の一
端部に設けられた突起7に嵌合する。これにより
コイルばね3は突起7とハンマー5との間に保持
され、ハンマー5を点火素子4に向かつて付勢す
る。ハンマー5の巾は素子取付部15の巾と略等
しく形成される。点火素子4は直方体状に形成さ
れ、第3図に示すように、その巾方向両側面に
夫々係止段部9が形成され、この係止段部9が素
子取付部15の巾方向両側縁に係止され、点火素
子4が取付プレート2の裏面側へ抜けるのを防止
している。点火素子4のハンマー5に対向する面
からは撃棒20が突出し、ハンマー5に突設され
た槌棒19が撃棒20と衝突することにより、点
火窓16から火花が飛び出すものである。点火素
子4の長手方向において撃棒20の突出する面と
は反対の面は長孔1の長手方向一端縁に当接す
る。取付プレート2の表面側で点火素子4には取
付金具13が装着される。取付金具13は、第4
図に示すように、取付プレート2表面と略平行に
配置されて点火素子4を押える押え板10の巾方
向両側縁から長孔1の切欠11に対応して一対の
保持脚12が点火素子4の側面に沿つて延出する
とともに、押え板10の長手方向における点火素
子4の撃棒20側の一端から点火素子4の側面に
沿つてばね脚21が延出する形状に形成される。
保持脚12先端部には撃棒20と同方向に突出す
る係合突起22が形成され、保持脚12先端側の
係合突起22側縁は保持脚12先端から基部に向
かつて保持脚12の巾を広げる向きに傾斜する傾
斜縁23となつている。ばね脚21は保持脚12
との距離を縮める向きのばね力を有し、ばね脚2
1先端部には長孔1の係止縁18に係合する係合
片24が保持脚12に向かつて突設されている。
ばね脚21中央部には点火素子4の撃棒20が挿
通される透孔25が形成される。また、押え板1

端からは点火素子4とは反対側に起立片26が立
