願人同一考案者に係る、実公昭57−1933号(登録
第1461046号)にあつては、リーマー及びフアイ
ルの刃部の形状構造に改良を加えている。即ち、
先端部は切削穿孔刃として機能せしめ、該切削穿
孔刃の基部は根管の周壁を切削して根管の径を拡
大する作用をなし、後部は切削推進刃として機能
を発揮すべく構成することにより、使用時にはそ
れらの諸機能が相乗的に発揮されて治療時間が短
縮され、治療作業の能率を飛躍的に増大せしめる
ことができた。尚、従来より一般的に行なわれて
いる充填材の充填方法の一つに加圧根管充填とい
う方法が有つた。この充填方法は、拡大形成した
根管内に糊材充填材を緊密に挿入し、更にガツタ
パーチヤポイントを用いて加圧しながら、充填材
を根尖孔外に出さずに根管充填をするものであ
る。
