[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial field of application] The present invention is mainly used for inserting root canal filling materials such as gutta percha and silver point after root canal formation in infected root canals in dental treatment. The material is tightly inserted into the desired position of the apical root canal,
The present invention relates to a dental file capable of obtaining a suitable root canal filling material insertion effect without creating a so-called dead space that induces apical lesions.

[Conventional technology] Conventionally, when forming an infected root canal after pulp extraction, the infected part of the root canal dentin is cut and enlarged using an ordinary reamer or file to completely disappear.
The root canal is enlarged to ensure a passage in the root canal so that filling materials such as Gatsuta Percha and Silver Point can be filled tightly and completely later. In order to prevent the canal filling material from protruding from the apical foramen, a step called an apical sheet is created at the root apex using highly skilled techniques, and then the root canal filling material is tightly filled. It is something we will continue to do.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, when the root canal is enlarged using a regular reamer or file that has a blade part that extends to about two-thirds of the needle, the enlarged part is not formed in the apical portion of the root canal. In many cases, soft tissues such as time chips and leftover dentin walls remain.

If the root canal is filled in this state, it is impossible to fill the root canal tightly and completely, and a so-called dead space is created, which may induce apical lesions that will require retreatment in the future.

In addition, when root canal enlargement is performed using a regular reamer or file, which has a cutting edge that extends over approximately two-thirds or more of the entire length of the needle, the blade should be in contact with the root apex. Naturally, the tip blade portions of the reamer and file wear out quickly, making it difficult to form a perfect root canal at the apical portion, which is the most important part in root canal filling, and gaps may occur.

In the case of this invention, the shape of the root canal has been devised so that it is possible to easily and completely remove debris and soft tissue remaining at the apex of the root canal during root canal enlargement using a regular reamer or file. The purpose of the present invention is to provide dental files with a high quality.

[Means for solving the problem] The above-mentioned problem is to connect a needle portion that does not form a blade portion to the handle portion for connecting to the engine, and at the same time, the tip of this needle portion has a length corresponding to the tip of the root canal including the root apex. The present invention is solved by a dental file characterized in that an H file-shaped blade part for removing and cleaning the soft tissue and the debris remaining at the apex of the root canal during root canal enlargement formation is connected.

1 in the figure is a dental file of the present invention. Reference numeral 2 denotes a handle of the dental file 1, and in the case of the file of the present invention, this handle is connected to an engine (not shown) so that it can reciprocate relative to the root canal without rotating. A needle 3 is connected to one end of the handle 2, and the needle 3 has no blade. Reference numeral 4 denotes an H file-shaped blade part connected to one end of the needle part 3 for cleaning and removing debris and soft tissue remaining at the apical part of the root canal during root canal enlargement formation, and the tip part of the root canal including the apical part. It has a corresponding length (5mm to 10mm). The length of the needle portion 3 is set in advance so that the H-file blade portion 4 is located at the tip of the root canal including the root apex when inserted into the root canal.

[Effect of the invention] According to the dental file of the present invention, which has an H file-shaped blade portion having a diameter equivalent to the root apical portion only at the tip, when the root canal remains in the apical portion of the root canal and is enlarged. Debris and soft tissue can be easily and completely removed and cleaned. Therefore, these particles
When filling a root canal with gutta percha, silver point, or other root canal filling material with soft tissue remaining, it goes without saying that the root canal cannot be filled tightly and completely, and so-called dead spaces are created, which can lead to root canal lesions. However, when the file of the present invention is used, there is no room for such a dead space to occur, and the root canal can be filled tightly and completely, allowing suitable dental treatment to be performed.
