[産業上の利用分野]
本考案は、主として歯科治療における感染根管
の根管形成の後、ガツタパーチヤやシルバーポイ
ント等の根管充填材の挿入に際し、これら根管充
填材が緊密に根尖根管部の所要位置に挿入され、
根尖病巣を誘発する所謂デツトスペースが生ずる
こともなく、好適な根管充填材挿入効果を得るこ

路を確保すべく拡大形成するものであり、また根
尖部にあつてはガツタパーチヤやシルバーポイン
ト等の根管充填材が根尖孔より突出することを防
止するために根尖部に所謂アピカルシートなる段
部を非常に高度の熟練技術に基づき作成し、しか
る後、前記根管充填材を緊密に充填してゆくもの

たことを特徴とるす歯科用フアイルによつて解決

ていない。4は針部3の一端に連接された根管根
尖部に残存する根管拡大形成時の削片及び軟組織
除去清浄用のHフアイル状刃部であり、根尖部を
含む根管先端部分対応長さ(5mm〜10mm)を有す
る。尚、針部3の長さにあつても根管挿入時前記
Hフアイル状刃部4が根尖部分を含む根管先端部
分に位置すべく、あらかじめその長さを設定され

浄することができる。したがつて、これ等削片・
軟組織等が残存したままガツタパーチヤやシルバ
ーポイント等の根管充填材を充填した際には、当
然のことながら、緊密・完全なる根管充填が行え
ず、根管病巣の誘発原因となる所謂デツトスペー
スが生ずるのであるが、本考案のフアイルを用い
た場合にはこの様なデツトスペースが生ずる余地
はなく、緊密かつ完全な根管充填を行うことがで
