Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本件考案はコンバインの搬送装置のうち、株元
の掻き込み装置及びそれに続く株元搬送装置の駆
動支持方法に関する考案である。

従来のコンバインの穀稈掻き込み装置は、その

え、これが穀稈の株元搬送通路を邪魔して稈の乱
れや、稈こぼれの原因となつていたのである。

き込み輪体5で係合されて株元搬送装置へと掻き
込まれる。株元部は株元搬送装置7から次に縦搬
送装置8へ受継がれ、縦搬送装置8にて脱穀装置
11のフイードチエーン9へと受継がれる。穂先
部は引起し装置2から穂先搬送体3へ受継がれ、
穂先搬送体3から脱穀装置11の入口鉄板上に載
置される。脱穀を終了した排稈は排稈処理装置1
2で処理されて圃場面に落とされる。

縦搬送に挾扼されなくなつていたという欠点を改
良することができたのである。

後方にかけて複数の掻き込み輪体5a……5dを
並列配置し、該複数の掻き込み輪体は2個を1組
とし噛合し、動力伝達を行うと共に噛合点に合流
搬送通路を構成し、該噛合構成された掻き込み輪
体の一方の刈取装置6の後方から立設した支持杆
より吊下げ懸架し、合流搬送部の側方下部に搬送
空間を形成し、掻き込み輪体の上方に該掻き込み
輪体と同軸駆動される掻き込みベルトを設けたの
で刈刃により構成された刈取装置6の直後に空間
を設けることとなる為に特に泥の堆積しがちな該
箇所での泥の後方への排出を円滑に行うことがで
きるのである。
