え作動状態を夫々示した各縦断側面図、第５図、第６図
は同装置における切換え機構の作動状態を夫々示した各
平面図である。 １・・・ギヤ軸、６・・・キー溝、７・・・滑りキー、
７ａ・・・突起、７ｂ・・・スライド支持部、８，９・
・・一対の変速ギヤ、１２・・・非係合空所、１３，１
３’・・・係合凹部、１７，１８・・・駆動ギヤ、２３
・・・切換え機構。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ギヤ軸１のキー溝６に挿入した突起を有する滑りキー７
    をスライドして、上記ギヤ軸に回転自在に嵌合され、か
    駆動ギャ１７．１８と噛合する一対の変速ギャ８，９と
    夫々係脱自在に係合するよう設けてなる回転式電動工具
    の変速装置において、上記滑りキーは、一端にギヤ軸よ
    り突出する突起７ａを、他端にスライド支持部７ｂを夫
    々設けると共に中央部はギヤ軸より沈めた形状に形成，
    してキー溝にスライド自在に挿入し、一方、上記一対の
    変速ギヤは、上記ギヤ軸にあって、その一方を上記突起
    とスライド支持部間で、他方は軸上で夫々回転自在に、
    かつスラスト支持して嵌合並設すると共に、その対向部
    には上記滑りキーにおける突起との非係合空所１２を、
    その軸方向寸法を上記突起のそれより大きく設定して形
    成し、該各変速ギヤにあってその非係合空所の奥には上
    記突起がスライドにより係合する係合凹部１３，１３′
    を夫々形成し、これら変速ギヤと上記滑りキ一の突起を
    選択的に係合操作苛能なるよう上記滑りキーのスライド
    支持部に切換え機構２３を関連ずけてなることを特徴と
    する回転式電動工具の変速装置。
