【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は直接加熱型単板乾燥装置、所謂熱盤式
単板乾燥装置に関するもので、その目的とする所
は、簡単且つ小型な機構によつて熱効率の良好な
単板乾燥装置を提供することにある。

が存在するが、熱盤を直接単板に接触せしめて乾
燥する熱盤乾燥方式の方が、熱効率的に優れてい
ることは既に知られている事である。しかしこの
熱盤乾燥方式においては、単板の搬入、搬出に伴
う熱及び時間の損失、或は単板の搬出入機構を含
めた装置の巨大化等の欠点があるため、実用に供
し難いものとされ、極厚単板等の極めて限られた
分野でわずかに稼動しているのが実情である。又
加熱スチールベルト等を用い、単板を連続的に搬
送できるようにした無端帯加熱式とて例外では無
く、単に単板を連続的に搬送する目的に比べその
機構の複雑化、大型化は装置実用化の大きな阻害
となつているのである。

る単板乾燥装置を提供せんとするものである。

扨て本発明の理解を容易にする為に、先ずその
基本原理について説明すると、例えば机上の紙の
上にコツプを乗せた場合、その紙を手で引つ張る
には少なからず力が必要であるが、いま一方の手
で机を叩けば意外に軽い力で紙を引くことができ
る。一方逆に前記コツプの底に紙を押込む事は一
見不可能に見えるが、これも又机を叩いて振動さ
せれば極めて容易に遂行することが可能である。
このように拘束部材を振動せしめて対象物に対す
る拘束力を解除又は軽減させつつ、極めて小さい
力で対象物を移動させることが本発明の基本原理
であり、それを応用し単板を加熱する挾圧板を前
記振動する拘束部材としたのが本発明である。

その点にも着目し、熱盤に適宜の非接触空間を設
け、該非接触空間を活用して単板の搬送部材を配
設し、単板を連続的に搬送しつつ熱圧して乾燥を
行うべく構成したものである。

別に上下動を行つて単板1の表面に当接するよう
にすれば、単板1に厚さむらがあつても加圧、加
熱がより均一化され、良好である。このように前
記挾圧板2,3は、単板1の表面に直接接触して
その乾燥を行うものであるから、銅、アルミニウ
ム等の金属、或はこれらの合金又はクロム、ニツ
ケル等の鍍金等熱伝導率の良好な素材が用いられ
るが、単板の樹液と反応する鉄は単板の表面が黒
く変色するためなるべく使用しない方がよい。

できる。而も振動によつて単板を拘束する力が解
除或は軽減されるので、乾燥に伴つて発生する単
板の収縮割れの防止ができ、更に挾圧板の細分化
による乾燥の均一化と相まつて、単板の品質向上
に大きな効果を発揮するものである。
