DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention of this application relates to an embankment with a fish ladder. Conventionally, when remodeling work on river embankments, etc., measures have been taken mainly to prevent abnormal rises in water levels due to floods, high tides, etc. As a result, it was necessary to build the embankment as high as possible and make it stronger. However, on the other hand, levees have not yet been used at all for the protection and cultivation of fish that inhabit rivers.

In recent years, dams have been constructed upstream of rivers, and many weirs and water gates have been constructed in the midstream and downstream basins of rivers.
The current situation is that there is almost no water in the downstream areas of these structures, and only during floods is a large amount of water flowing down from upstream.

For this reason, when rivers always had a large amount of flowing water, as in the past, the fish that used to live in the water would also be able to live in large numbers, but in recent years, virtually all of the water habitat for fish has been lost. As a result, the reality is that the economic losses of fishermen, who traditionally made a living by catching the fish that lived in these areas, are becoming enormous.

The invention of this application focuses on this point and aims to protect and cultivate fish living in rivers by constructing a fish ladder in a part of the embankment.

Next, the specific configuration for achieving the above purpose will be explained with reference to the drawings. One additional layer is installed on the outside of the side wall along the longitudinal direction of the embankment, which is made of impermeable material such as concrete, reinforced synthetic resin, or metal. This embankment with a fishway is characterized in that a waterway formed between both side walls forming side walls is used as a fishway. It is even better if a common ditch is built next to or below the fishway.

Next, to describe the effects resulting from the above configuration,
By allowing river fish that are susceptible to damage during floods or high tides to live in fish passages built in advance along the length of the embankment, it is possible to prevent all fish species from being wiped out. Also,
Since the fish ladder 4 is formed along the embankment, there is an effect that it is easy to move fish living in the river from upstream to downstream or from downstream to upstream. Furthermore, by expanding the fishway to a relatively large scale, it becomes possible to inhabit a large amount of fish, and it also has the effect of being able to be used in place of a fishing pond or the like. In particular, by devising the structure of the fishway and creating a gentle slope on the bottom of the fishway from upstream to downstream, it becomes possible to constantly flow water from upstream to downstream, or by changing the bottom of the fishway 4 from upstream to downstream. By providing steps at appropriate intervals toward the flow direction or by making the downstream position of the steps relatively deep, the flow velocity can be adjusted.

In addition, by supplying food that fish prefer from the outside to the deep part of the downstream position, or by growing plants and animals that serve as food in that deep part,
Not only does it serve as an excellent fish ladder 4, but it also has the effect of creating a fish nest. Furthermore, by arranging a low-head water wheel, such as a propeller water wheel, in the stairway portion of the fishway, the electric power generated by the water wheel can be used for electrical equipment such as lighting.

In addition, by increasing the scale of fish ladders, we not only ensure the habitat and movement of fish, but also
There is an effect that the water in the fishway can be used as agricultural water, industrial water, or domestic water.

In addition, a fishway is constructed between the double sidewalls along the longitudinal direction of both embankments, which face each other with a river embankment in between, and a relatively large free surface is created approximately at the center of the crossing path of the fishway, or at any other suitable location. In other words, by constructing a fish tank with a horizontal surface, it is possible for fish in the river to enter the tank through the holes provided in the fish tank, and it is also possible for fish to cross either of the fishways provided on both banks. It can be made to be able to swim through the path on its own. Furthermore, by connecting a breeding facility such as an artificial hatchery or spawning ground to the fish ladder, fish can be cultured continuously and semi-permanently.

1. In an embankment along a river, the central part of the embankment is a three-dimensional structure with a multi-stage structure oriented vertically, and a fishway is located inside the walls on both sides and is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the embankment. Water is allowed to flow in from the water intake located on the upstream side of the embankment, and a fish tank is installed near the water outlet located on the downstream side of the embankment. An embankment with a fishway, which allows communication between a fish tank and a fishway located inside the both side wall portions and arranged in the longitudinal direction of the embankment through a cross passage.
