Conventionally, it has been common practice to produce gel-like confectionery in a predetermined shape, such as pudding or water yokan, by placing the raw material for the gel-like confectionery in a synthetic resin container or can, gelling it, and selling it together with the container. was. By the way, when transferring from such a container to a plate etc.
Since air does not enter the bottom of the container even when the container is turned upside down, it has been difficult to maintain the shape of the gel-like confectionery and take it out as a whole.

Therefore, we decided to provide a small, extremely thin part at the bottom of the container that does not impair the quality of the contents or reduce the strength of the container, and make air holes easily in this part using a needle. However, when making small air holes, the sweetened mucus of the gel confectionery did not allow enough air to flow in, resulting in the gel confectionery retaining its shape. In many cases, the air holes do not come out easily, and in order to enlarge the air holes, it is necessary to form an extremely thin part with a considerable width at the bottom. However, since making a wide area of the bottom plate extremely thin reduces the strength of the bottom, it is generally difficult to achieve such a structure in terms of the strength of the container.

First, FIG. 1 shows a synthetic resin container 10 according to the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the - line in FIG. 1 showing the first embodiment. That is,
In the present invention, a spherical mass 11 is provided on the bottom plate portion 15 constituting the container bottom 14, a rod-shaped lever 12 is set upright on the mass 11 as an operating rod, and an annular thin wall portion 13 is provided around the mass 11. A bottom part 14 is formed, and three or more leg parts 16 higher than the lever 12 are provided at appropriate positions around the bottom plate part 15. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the main part of FIG. 2, showing the structure of the bottom part 14 mainly consisting of the spherical mass 11, the lever 12, and the annular thin wall part 13.
1 is connected to a vertical lever 12, and the mass 11 has a thin walled part 1 cut into an annular shape at an acute angle around the periphery.
It has an integral structure connected to the bottom plate part 15 via 3.

As described above, a block 11 having a larger diameter than the operating lever and thicker than the bottom plate part 15 of the container bottom 14 is provided at the base of the operating rod, and a thin wall part 13 is provided around the block 11. Because of this structure, when the lever 12 as an operating rod is tilted in any direction, the force applied to the lever 12 is transmitted to the thin part 13 without being dispersed by the mass 11, and the mass can be easily and effortlessly moved. The force is concentrated on the thin wall portion 13 around the periphery of the force, and the thin wall portion 13 on which the force is concentrated is first broken. Next, when the lever 12, which is the operating lever of the spherical block 11, is pulled up, the force of the operating lever passes through the block 11 and easily concentrates on the remaining thin part 13, and the broken block 11 is moved to the bottom plate part 15. Separate from. In this way, a relatively large diameter through hole corresponding to the mass 11 can be easily formed in the bottom plate portion 14 of the container 10, and a large diameter air hole can be provided. Therefore, by inverting the container 10 and removing the lump 11 provided in the bottom plate part 15 of the bottom part 14 of the container 10, an air hole with a large diameter is provided in the bottom plate part 15, and a large amount of air can be easily released through the air hole. Pour air into the bottom of the container 1
4, and the gel-like confectionery in the container 10 can be easily taken out while keeping its shape intact even though the gel-like confectionery has sweetened mucus. Incidentally, the lump 11 to be removed is not limited to the spherical shape as shown in FIG. 3, but may be a cube-shaped lump 11b as shown in FIG.
The point is that the block 11 is thicker than the bottom plate part 15,
Any shape may be used as long as the force applied to the lever 12b as an operating rod is reasonably concentrated on the surrounding thin wall portion 13 and the shape is easily broken. Also, lever 1 as an operating rod
2 is not limited to extending vertically from the mass 11 to the bottom 14, as shown in FIG.
It may have a structure in which a lever 12c as an operating rod extending in the lateral direction is attached, or it may be in a structure in which a lateral lever 12b is attached to a spherical mass 11b as shown in FIG. The point is to apply a rotational force to the block 11 in the front and back or left and right directions so that the thin wall portion 13 on the periphery of the block 11 can be destroyed.

As shown in FIG. 5, the shape of the legs may be such that three rod-shaped legs 16b are provided on the periphery of the bottom plate 15. The container 10b having the thicker mass 11 can be stably placed horizontally. In short, the bottom 14
Rather than using a structure that uses material unnecessarily, such as by providing continuous legs on the periphery, the structure is such that sufficient stability can be achieved while saving as much material as possible by providing at least discontinuous legs.

In short, the present invention provides a gel confectionery container 10 having a plurality of legs 16 as three or more supporting points.
A block 11 that is thicker than the bottom plate part 15 and has a larger diameter than the operating rod is partitioned from the bottom plate part 15 by a continuous thin wall part 13 provided around the block 11, and Since the synthetic resin container 10 for gel-like confectionery is characterized in that an operating rod is integrally formed on the body 11, the container 10 has an integral structure as a whole, so it is easy to mold during manufacturing. Since there are three or more supporting points as the part 16, it is stable and prevents unnecessary external force from being applied to the operating rod. Since it is provided, the lump 11 can be easily removed from the bottom plate part 15 by twisting the lump 11, and an air hole of a considerable size can be made in the bottom plate part 15. Therefore, by inverting the container 10 and removing the mass 11 by twisting it, a large amount of air will flow in, so that even highly sticky gel-like confectionery can be easily taken out without losing its shape.
