クチュエータ、７は流入ポート、８はスプール１の円周
上の穴、９は胴穴、１０は流出ポート、１１はリミット
スイッチストライカ、１２はリミットスイッチ、１３は
補助バルブ、１４は空気圧シリンダ、１５はチェックパ
ルブ、１６はチェックバルブ、１７はポンプ、１８，１
９．２０はポート、２１はソレノイドバルブである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. アクチュエータによって作動するスプールの上部にリミ
    ットスイッチストライカを取り付け、リミットスイッチ
    と連結せしめ、ソレノイドバルブ、空気圧シリンダ、補
    助バルブをそれぞれ連結せしめて設けるとともに予め適
    当な予備圧力を前記補助バルブを介してパッキンに圧送
    せしめ、前記スプールを前記パッキンにて自動的にシー
    ルせしめた高圧弁の装置において、前記スプールを前記
    アクチュエータの上昇時においても前記パッキンから抜
    け切らないように長く設け、さらに前記スプールに、流
    体を流入通過させる穴数個を円周上に設け、該穴と連通
    せしめて流体を流出せじめる流路である胴穴を前記スプ
    ールの胴内部に設けたことを特徴とするパッキンに予備
    圧力をあえてシールする高圧弁の装置。
