させ、ノズル先端をキャップ上方から外れた位置に移動
させたときにだけ、筒孔９ａが上記液体注出孔７と連通
し、かつノズル先端をキゼツプ上方へ位置させたとき、
基筒部下端面が液体注出孔を水密に閉塞するよう設けた
