ように嵌合されるキヤツプ本体と、このキヤツプ
本体の上方に、閉塞時下端がキヤツプ本体の上壁
に当接するように配置された上キヤツプ部材とを
具え、キヤツプ本体にはその上壁の一側上方に水
平枢支軸が上壁に立設された弾性部材によつて上
下方向に変位可能に支持されているとともに、上
壁の他側に注出口が穿設されており、上キヤツプ
部材にはその下壁に、閉塞時前記弾性部材、枢支
軸、及び注出口を被覆可能な凹所が形成され、か
つこの凹所には前記枢支軸を枢支する枢支部が設
けられているとともに、閉塞時前記注出口に嵌合
する栓体が設けられており、上キツプ部材が栓体
を注出口から外して枢支軸を中心として上方に開
放される開蓋時、枢支軸が弾性部材によつて上方
に変位されるようになつていることを特徴とする
