Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect an accurate graphic position by connecting a brushless electric generator to an X-axis and a Y-axis rotating shaft which contact a ball and transducing rotary motion into electric signals, and detecting the rotating directions of those generators and forming waveforms. CONSTITUTION:The brushless electric generators 13 and 14 are coupled with the X-axis rotating shaft 7 and Y-axis rotating shaft 8 respectively and the rotary motions of those shafts 7 and 8 are transduced into electric signals. Those electric signals are converted into pulse signals by rotating direction detecting and waveform generating circuits 15 and 16 connected to the generators 13 and 14, and the pulse signals are outputted.
