Conventional Technology Conventionally, when constructing a waterproof, cushioning, etc. floor on a subfloor made of concrete, mortar, etc., multiple layers of urethane resin paint are applied to the surface of the subfloor, and if necessary, additional coatings are applied. Methods such as applying a urethane resin paint mixed with urethane resin chips to the top to provide anti-slip properties, or laying a waterproof sheet made of soft vinyl chloride with a thickness of about 1.0 to 2.0 mm have been adopted. There is. However, in the former case, the coating layer tends to swell or peel partially due to moisture coming from inside the floor subfloor, and it is also necessary to prepare the surface for applying the urethane resin paint and to apply multiple coats of paint on-site. However, there were drawbacks such as the fact that it required a lot of time and effort, and the work was complicated. On the other hand, in the latter case, since the waterproof sheet is simply laid down, it does not have the above-mentioned drawbacks, but it lacks cushioning and non-slip properties.
There was also a problem with its appearance, which was somewhat lacking in luxury.

Reference numeral 2 denotes a resilient main coating layer formed by coating on the sheet base material 1, and is composed of a urethane resin paint 4 mixed with urethane resin chips 3. The urethane resin chip 3 used here has a roughened or uneven surface to give it non-slip properties, a good appearance and feel, and at the same time give cushioning properties. Therefore, in order to satisfy these requirements, particles with an average particle size of about 0.5 to 1.5 mm are used. Also,
The mixing amount should be in the range of 10 to 30 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the urethane resin paint, from the viewpoint of both imparting the above-mentioned properties and coating workability, and in particular, it should be about 20% by weight. is preferred. In addition, the thickness of this elastic main coating layer 2 is 0.8 to 2
It is within the range of approximately Kg/m 2 and is appropriately set depending on the relationship with the application. In addition, when forming the main coating layer 2 on the sheet base material 1, in order to further improve its adhesion, a necessary primer is applied to the surface of the sheet base material 1 or at least its peripheral portion in advance. It is desirable to apply . As this primer, it is preferable to use a moisture-curable one-component urethane primer (for example, manufactured by Kanebo SNC Co., Ltd., trade name "KBK-YP").

Reference numeral 5 denotes a top coat layer which is further coated and formed on the elastic main coating layer 2, and this layer mainly serves to protect the elastic main coating layer 2. It is desired that the material has a high degree of weather resistance, abrasion resistance, durability, adhesion, and furthermore, a suitable level of slip resistance. Therefore, from such a request,
In particular, acrylic urethane resin paints are selected and used, especially two-component reaction-curing acrylic urethane resin paints (for example, Kanebo,
Manufactured by SNC Co., Ltd.: Product name "KBK-"
NY'') is preferably used.

The anti-slip sheet flooring material A of this invention having the above-mentioned structure is, for example, as shown in FIG. It is installed using the same insulation method as used in the case of installation. In other words, the required portion covering the flooring 6a and including its peripheral portion,
It is adhesively fixed to a plate-shaped joining piece 7 such as a vinyl-covered steel plate that has been fixed to the subfloor in advance, and the other parts are left in a free state. When installing in this way, in order to further improve the cushioning properties as necessary, between the floor base 6a and the sheet upper floor material A,
A sheet-like cushion material, for example, a foam sheet of 1 to 10 mm thick made of urethane, polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, soft vinyl chloride, etc., may be interposed. In addition, in the embodiment of floor construction using this invented product, the sheet base material 1 is laid in advance on the floor subsurface, and then the elastic main coating layer 2 and the top coat layer 5 are sequentially applied and formed on it on-site. This invention also falls within the scope of this invention.

Effects of the invention Since this invention has the above-mentioned configuration, it is possible to construct the required floor surface by laying it on the subfloor, such as concrete, which simplifies on-site construction and reduces the construction period. Not only can it be shortened and labor-saving, but the installation can be done using the insulation method as mentioned above, so it is possible to install it directly from the subfloor, unlike the conventional case where urethane resin paint is applied directly to the subfloor. Defects such as blistering do not occur due to moisture, etc. Furthermore, in addition to the slight elasticity of the sheet base material itself, which is made of a soft vinyl chloride sheet, this combined with the presence of a resilient main coating layer made of a urethane resin paint mixed with urethane resin chips, provides excellent properties. In addition to having cushioning properties, the uneven surface exhibits excellent anti-slip properties, and also provides a good feel to the soles of the feet and a good appearance. In particular, the above urethane resin chips have an average particle size of
A rough material with a diameter of 0.5 to 1.5 mm is used, and the amount mixed into the urethane resin paint is set in the range of 10 to 30 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the paint, thereby preventing rough unevenness on the surface. It can have sufficient cushioning properties, and can have sufficiently good anti-slip properties, cushioning properties, and appearance.
In addition, the presence of the top coat layer protects the elastic main coating layer, and especially since the top coat layer is made of acrylic urethane resin, it has excellent weather resistance, abrasion resistance, and
Due to its durability, the above-mentioned protective effect can be well maintained over a long period of time.
