[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention provides conductors such as annealed copper wire and rectangular copper wire with cotton, silk,
This relates to a method of manufacturing a winding wire wrapped with an insulating material such as paper or glass, and in particular, after temporarily connecting the next conductor to the rear end of the conductor around which the insulating material is wrapped, and continuously wrapping the insulating material, This facilitates the detection and removal of the temporary connection between both conductors.

As shown in the figure, a long conductor 1 with a desired cross-sectional shape is supplied from a winding frame 2 through a guide 3 to a taping device 4, and the device 4 applies one or two layers of insulating material on the conductor 1.
After winding the material over a heavy weight, it is passed through a guide 5 and wound onto a winding frame 6. In such a manufacturing method, efficiency is improved by temporarily connecting the next conductor to the rear end of the conductor around which the insulating material is wound, and then continuously wrapping the insulating material.

For temporary connections, depending on the cross-sectional shape of the conductor, for example, in the case of annealed copper wires, twisted connections are used, and in the case of rectangular copper wires, adhesive tape connections or riveted connections are used, and this temporary connection is cut off when winding. It's on. However, the winding of the insulating material made it difficult to detect temporary connections, resulting in the disadvantage that temporary connections were mixed into the product.

Conventionally, in order to prevent such defects, markings are made each time the insulating material is wound, and the temporary connection is traced to the winding frame and then cut and removed. However, as the number of times the insulating material is wrapped increases, not only does it become difficult to mark, but also misalignment occurs.
There was a drawback that mistakes were made when cutting and removing temporary connections.

In view of this, as a result of various studies, the present invention has been developed to facilitate the detection and removal of temporary connections, and to temporarily connect the next conductor to the rear end of the conductor around which the insulating material is wrapped, thereby continuously applying the insulating material. In manufacturing a winding wire in which a temporary connection portion is cut off during winding after winding, a straight piece is interposed between the temporary connection portions of both conductors.

That is, the present invention supplies a long conductor with a desired cross-sectional shape to a taping device from a winding frame through a guide,
In the winding manufacturing process where the insulating material is wrapped once or twice or more on the conductor using this device, and then wound around the winding frame through the guide, the next conductor is temporarily connected to the rear end of the conductor around which the insulating material is wrapped. However, it is the same as the conventional method of continuously winding the insulating material around the conductor and cutting and removing the temporary connection part when winding it around the winding frame, but a straight piece is interposed in the temporary connection part. This makes it easy to detect, cut and remove temporary connections during winding.

Fig. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of temporary connection in the present invention, and Fig. 3 is a side view showing the winding situation when the same temporary connection is made. In the figure, 1a is the rear end of the long conductor, 1b is the next The tip of the long conductor, 7 is both conductor 1
A, 1b temporary connection part is shown, the connection part 7 uses a straight piece 8, and conductor insertion holes 9, 9' provided at both ends thereof.
Then, the ends of the conductors 1a and 1b are inserted and bent, and although not shown in the figure, they are tied with thin wire or fixed with adhesive tape or the like. After winding the insulating material around the conductor by interposing the straight piece 8 at the temporary connection part 7 in this way, when winding it onto the winding frame, the temporary connection part is placed on the winding frame 6 as shown in FIG. 7, it bends clearly and the temporary connection can be detected and removed accurately.

Although we have described an example in which a straight piece with conductor insertion holes at both ends is used for the temporary connection, the present invention is not limited to this, and similar to conventional temporary connections, for example, twisted connection of annealed copper wire, rectangular copper wire, etc. It is also possible to simply attach a straight piece to the temporary connection of wires using adhesive tape or rivets, and fix this using adhesive tape or other means. Further, as the straight piece, a rod, tube, or plate made of metal or hard plastic may be used.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily detect the temporary connection after wrapping the insulating material, and the temporary connection can be accurately cut and removed, thereby preventing the temporary connection from getting mixed into the product. Not only can this be prevented, but it also has remarkable effects such as not requiring complicated means such as marking the temporary connection portion.
