[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a pot and a lid used for simmering food, and is designed to prevent insects from leaving a gap between the pot and the lid even if a ladle is placed inside the pot and the lid is closed. The purpose is to prevent the intrusion of water and make it suitable for hygiene, preservation of ladles, and water supplies.

When boiling food for a long time or using a ladle to transfer boiled food from a pot, the ladle is often removed from the pot or the pot is covered with a lid and placed on top of the lid. However, in this kind of existing simmering process, it is often difficult to know where to place the ladle, and what's more, putting the lid on with the ladle in the pot after the simmering dish is finished creates a space between the pot and the lid. This creates an open space, which inevitably leads to the intrusion of insects and is extremely unsanitary. Furthermore, since conventional pots with lids do not have spouts, it is difficult to transfer small amounts of broth from the pot to other pots. For this reason, conventionally, when working on simmered foods, that is, when workers use a ladle for simmered food, they carefully examine the seasoning of the simmered food, or after transferring the simmered food using the ladle, remove the ladle from the pot. This has many practical inconveniences, such as having to be removed.

As a result of the study in view of the above-mentioned actual situation, this proposal is to provide a concave part in the pot and the lid and use them in combination as a prospect of solving the problem. The rim with the upper part bent outward is used as a flange 2, and a recess 3, 3' that slopes toward the bottom of the pot from a position slightly in the middle of the width of the flange 2 and has an appropriate width into which a handle of a ladle can be inserted; The recesses 3 and 3' are arranged facing each other at positions symmetrical to a straight line that is the diameter of the collar 2. A flange 5 is formed on the lid 4 of this pot 1 so that it does not shift even if it is covered with the pot 1.
and form reverse recesses 6, 6', 6'' having an appropriate width that allows the handle of the ladle to fit in, with the outer edge slanted upward from a midpoint of the width of the collar 5, and the reverse recesses 6, 6', 6''
6', 6'' are distributed and provided so as to be located at triangular points around the edge of the collar 5.

In this way, in the combination of the respective recesses 3, 3', 6, 6', and 6'' provided in the flange 2 of the pot 1 and the flange 5 of the lid 4, one part of the pot 1 and the lid 4 are combined. The structure is such that the openings can be combined with only one of them facing each other. Therefore, the flanges 2 and 5 of the pot 1 and the lid 4 at the positions where they are not combined are mutually connected at each position. Each half has a contact surface, so the pot 1 and the lid 4 are in close contact with each other at a position where they are not combined. For this reason, a ladle can be inserted into the opening formed between the pot 1 and the lid 4. In addition, when not using a ladle, the combination of the reverse recesses 6, 6', 6'' on the lid 4 side is slightly shifted from the recesses 3, 3' on the pan 1 side, so that the pan 1 can be placed on the lid 4 side. more completely sealed.

In the present invention as described above, not only can openings and seals be achieved by simply combining the recesses provided in the pot and the lid, but also the recesses on the pot side can also be used for transferring broth. To prepare. In addition, when a ladle is used, the ladle fitted into the recess on the pot side serves as a stopper, and the positioning of the ladle and the lid recess can be easily and reliably positioned. As described above, this invention is hygienic because the lid can be placed on the pot and sealed regardless of whether the ladle is used or not, and it is a highly effective idea in practical terms, such as reducing the amount of work required. It is.
