ている。フイルムは延伸されることにより無数の
通気穴が形成されるが、このような状態のフイル
ムは極めて摩擦に弱い。すなわち、第3図及び第
4図に示した製筒機構であつても少なくともトレ
イ20の下面がベルト23,23の案内板24,
24の上面に摩擦することは免れないので、トレ
イの下面、特にその下面のコーナの部分でフイル
ムには前記案内板24,24によつて擦傷が形成
され、商品の流通過程でフイルムが裂けやすく、
従つて、より薄いフイルムを使用してコスト低減
を図るのにも限界があつた。

通過程で包装が破れたりする。しかし起毛10は
フイルムに柔らく接してフイルムに擦傷をつけな
いので、特にフイルム緊張包装用のこの種製筒機
構においてフイルムの破損を防止できる。従つて
薄いフイルムの使用を可能にし包装コストの低減
を助勢できる効果がある。
