【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は延伸性フイルムを使用する包装機のフ
イルム製筒装置に関するもので、フイルムを平均
的に延伸できる如くしたことを特徴とするもので
ある。

イ1,1…を水平状に運搬するのに対して、チエ
ン2,2はフイルムの入口側5よりも同出口側6
の方が低くなるような傾斜を設ける一方、さらに
両チエン2,2の内巾を入口巾7よりも中間巾8
が若干大きくなるようにして、チエンの中間部で
フイルムを両側方向に延伸したあと、該フイルム
をチユーブ化しながら各トレイの周りに被覆する
ものである。ところがフイルムの延伸状態をより
詳細に観察すると、第5図の円形部分9,9つま
りクリツプでフイルムを挟持し両方向へ強制的に
延伸させる部分がその他の部分に比べて極端によ
く延伸することが解つた。望しくはフイルム全体
が平均的に延伸した方がフイルムにしわが出しに
くいし、またフイルムの破れも起りにくい。

平状に設置すると共に、これらコロ受け材15,
15に多数のコロ16,16…をそれぞれ末広が
り方向に向けて支持している。

フイルムの両側縁近傍はチエン11,11の進行
方向への広がり作用でもつて両側方向に張られ
る。そして前記フイルムFの両側はコロ受け材1
5,15の後方で第3図の如くトレイTの下側に
誘導されてトレイに筒状に巻きついたあと、一対
の加熱ロール17,17によつて両側縁を溶着さ
れる。
