た。 Conventionally, when forming a pattern using foil yarn, a pattern weaving device such as a jiya guard or a dobby is usually used, and ground weft and ground warp threads are woven together with the foil thread, so the pattern part made of foil thread is divided into two parts. It became layered or triple-layered, stiff and uncomfortable to the skin. Separately, foil threads are sometimes used in thin fabrics, but in this case the foil threads are only woven into a portion of the weft or warp threads, and the design effect is poor.

ものである。 The method of the present invention involves continuously feeding a foil sheet having an arbitrary pattern on at least one side to a warping machine equipped with a cutting device and a detour device, cutting the foil sheet to form foil threads, and The foil thread is passed through a detour device and wound onto a beam with the pattern position partially shifted, and then used as warp threads to produce a woven fabric.

られない。 The foil yarn may be manufactured according to the ordinary manufacturing method of flat foil yarn, for example, as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-41712 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No.
A laminated sheet, paper, film, or a laminate thereof having a thin metal layer obtained by the method described in Publication No. 56-118916 or other method, and cutting a foil sheet with an appropriate pattern provided by coating with paint, dyeing, plating, etc. However, in the method of the present invention, immediately after cutting the foil sheet, different tensions are applied to the foil threads using a detour device, as shown in the later examples. It is preferable to produce a foil yarn using a foil sheet made of a laminate having the following properties. In addition,
It is necessary that the foil sheet has an arbitrary pattern, but the size and shape of this pattern are not particularly limited.

る。 In the present invention, a foil sheet is cut to form a group of foil yarns having a pattern similar to the foil sheet, and this foil yarn is passed through a detour device such as a corrugated roller and wound around a beam with partial shifts in the length direction. If the pattern of the foil sheet is partially shifted on the beam, for example if it is a horizontal striped pattern, then it is wound up as a group of foil threads that are transformed into a checkerboard pattern, an arrow pattern, a pot sagging pattern, etc., and these are used as warp threads. In particular, deformed patterns such as checkerboard patterns created by foil threads can be reproduced as they are on woven fabrics.

ため、風合の良い織布に仕上げることもできる。 Therefore, in the present invention, a wide variety of patterns can be produced by simply manufacturing a foil sheet with a pattern, passing it through a warping machine equipped with a cutting device and a detour device, and winding it into a beam by adjusting the position of the foil thread. The texture can be vividly and easily expressed on woven fabric. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to use the fabric as the ground weft or ground warp to create a pattern during weaving, it is possible to produce a woven fabric with a good texture.

て、より品質のよい織布の製造が可能となる。 In addition, in the present invention, when winding the foil yarn around the beam, it may be wound through an underlay sheet, such as a long film or a piece of paperboard, and by doing so, it is possible to manufacture a woven fabric of higher quality. It becomes possible.

つた。 The foil sheet 5 is passed through the warping machine shown in FIG. 2, which has a slitter 6 and a corrugated roller-type detour device 7, and the slitter 6 cuts it into foil threads with a width of 0.3 mm. 8 were wound onto the winding beam 9 with a difference of 2 mm between each yarn and a deviation of 50 mm between every 25 yarns in an arrow pattern (Fig. 3A). Among the 1,800 ground warp threads, foil threads 8 were weaved for every second thread to obtain a fabric with an arrow patterned pattern of gold and silver. When this was degreased and refined, it became a very soft and beautiful dress fabric.
