Traditionally, such decorative flat threads have been obtained by using paper, plastic film, etc. as the base material, applying a desired pattern to it, and then cutting it into a number of pongee width ribbons. There are some that are applied and some that are appropriated as sutras.

につき当った。In the case of wefts, this method reproduces the pattern originally applied to the base material on the fabric by manually inserting decorative flat threads in a predetermined order (referred to as the junbiki technique). In addition to being poor in quality, it requires a high degree of skill and skill, and it is not easy to align each decorative flat thread, which is required to make the pattern appear without any deviation. On the other hand, warp has the advantage that the decorative flat threads are polished and woven automatically by the loom.
Decorative flat threads that have been adjusted in diameter often turn inside out when the thread is closed, and the appropriate pattern is not revealed. This problem with warp can be solved by applying a transparent film to the base material of the decorative flat threads, as the pattern can be seen through the base material even if the threads are reversed. However, in this case, the pattern is indirectly revealed through the transparent material of the base material, so there is a problem with the texture. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention focused on the development of decorative warp and flat threads with the same pattern on the front and back sides, and conducted repeated research, but in the process, he encountered a major problem.

A new problem arose: a solution to ensure simplicity and accuracy in the production of warp and flat yarn material sheets. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing warp and flat threads for pattern revealing, which allows the same desired pattern to be simply and accurately applied to both the front and back surfaces. The method for manufacturing the warp and flat yarn for pattern revealing of the present invention is as follows:
On one side of the transparent base film, a gold or silver flat base paper (hereinafter referred to as gold/silver foil base paper), which is referred to as a gold (or silver) base paper by those skilled in the art, and a film or at least one of them on the left and right sides, which is narrower than this on one side of the transparent base film. A gold and silver foil base paper having a narrower width or at least one of them is adhered and laminated on the other side of the transparent base film with a margin left on the left and right sides, and A pattern is applied to the gold and silver foil base paper or film on one side of the composite laminate obtained in this way, and an alignment mark is applied to the margin of the transparent base film on that side. A pattern identical to the above-mentioned pattern is applied to the film, the pattern is aligned based on the above-mentioned mark, and then the composite laminate is cut to the required width to obtain the desired product. It will be done. According to the present invention, a composite laminate is used as the material for the pattern-revealing warp and flat threads, in which gold and silver foil base paper and film, or any one of these are adhered to the front and back sides of the base film. The composite laminate has a length of at least 1 loom lot length (shorter than 50 mm on a normal loom).
Regardless of whether it is necessary to do so, by laminating the constituent materials on one side, one on the front and one on the back, it is possible to achieve this without wrinkles.

This is technically extremely difficult in practice, but if you do it on one side at a time, you can pull the base film lightly to the extent that it does not loosen, and then wrap the laminated film or base paper around it using normal tension control. Depending on the shape of the adhesive, it can be applied without wrinkles. Thus, according to the present invention, a maximum length material made of a composite laminate having a wrinkle-free texture and good texture can be easily obtained industrially.
The texture of the material is determined by applying a material with a width equivalent to twice the length or twice the width of the woven fabric to the front and back or left and right sides of the object to be laminated on the front and back sides of the transparent base film. If you divide it into two and apply the result, the front and back will match. This is because the objects obtained in this way are products of the same lot and have substantially the same physical properties such as thickness, strength, and stiffness. In the present invention, the gold and silver foil base paper or film on the front and back sides of the long material is coated with a coating layer for sealing (for example, a coating layer of lacquer or synthetic resin) and/or a coating layer for imparting metallic luster, as necessary. Alternatively, a protective coating layer may be formed as an overcoat on the coating layer.

While looking through the mark, it is possible to simply align the pattern necessary for imparting a pattern to the back surface based on the mark. In this way, the present invention guarantees to obtain a material for decorative warp and flat threads that has the same desired pattern on both the front and back surfaces simply and accurately, and by cutting this material, warp and flat threads for revealing the pattern can be obtained. .

01 Weak skin is preferable. The width of the film needs to be slightly wider than the width of the fabric, and generally, for example, the width of the fabric is 30 mm.
If it is on the 0 side, it is 35 rib width. The length corresponds to the length of the fabric. The gold and silver foil base paper 2 to be laminated on the front and back sides of the transparent base film can be the same as the gold and silver foil base paper conventionally used for decorative warps or striped flat threads. The film 3 to be laminated instead of or in combination with the base paper can be made of an appropriate material, for example, the same material as the transparent base film. The thickness may be appropriately selected depending on the purpose. This base paper or film is narrower than the transparent base film 1, ie, has a width corresponding to the width of the fabric. If necessary, a coating layer (
For example, a coating layer of varnish or synthetic resin) and/or a metal vapor deposition layer for imparting metallic luster are formed. The above material is subjected to the two-minute process. The gold and silver foil base paper 2 and/or the film 3 are adhered and laminated to the transparent base film 1 on the front and back sides respectively. This lamination may be accomplished using conventionally known adhesives and by conventional tension-controlled winding methods. During lamination, margins 7 are left on the left and right sides of the transparent base film. A pattern is then applied to the gold and silver foil base paper or film on the front and back sides of the composite laminate thus obtained.

The section ``Detailed Description of the Invention'' has been changed to ``The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing warp flat threads for starting a pattern.Generally, in order to express subtle painterly color shading on textiles, decorative flat threads for starting a pattern are used. It is considered best to incorporate
Conventionally, such decorative flat threads have been obtained by using paper, plastic film, etc. as a base material, applying a desired pattern to it, and then cutting it into a large number of pongee-width ribbons. There are some that are applied and some that are appropriated as sutras. In the case of woven fabrics, the method involves manually harvesting decorative flat threads in a predetermined order to reproduce the pattern originally applied to the base material on the fabric (referred to as the JF tophiki technique).
Not only is productivity poor, it requires a high degree of skill and skill, and it is not easy to align each decorative flat thread required to produce a consistent pattern. On the other hand, warp has an advantage in that the decorative flat threads are adjusted in diameter and automatically woven by the loom, but the adjusted decorative flat threads often break slowly when opening, and an appropriate pattern cannot be obtained. I ended up not being cued. This problem with warp can be solved by applying a transparent film to the base material of the decorative flat threads, as the pattern can be seen through the base material even if the threads are reversed. However, in this case, the pattern appears through the transparent material of the base material, so to speak, so there is a problem with the texture.
Furthermore, although flat threads with the same pattern on the front and back sides have already been proposed, a warp flat thread with the same pattern on the front and back sides and an excellent texture and pattern has not yet been developed. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention focused on the development of a decorative warp and flat yarn with the same pattern on the front and back sides, and conducted repeated research, but in the process, he encountered a major problem. In other words, in order to obtain the desired decorative warp yarn with the same pattern on both the front and back sides, it is necessary to apply the patterns at the correct positions on the front and back sides, and this requires at least 50 decorations. A new problem arose: a solution to ensure simplicity and accuracy in the production of warp and flat yarn material sheets. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing warp flat threads for pattern starting, which can easily and accurately form a pattern with the same and excellent texture on both the front and back surfaces. The method for manufacturing the warp flat threads for pattern beginning of the present invention involves adding a base paper for gold or silver flat foil (hereinafter referred to as base paper for gold (or silver) foil, which is referred to as a base paper for gold (or silver) foil by those skilled in the art) having a width narrower than this on one side of a transparent base film. (referred to as gold and silver leaf base paper), which is obtained by dividing a material with a length equivalent to twice the length of the target warp and flat thread into two halves, or one half of the material with a width twice the width of the fabric to be woven. Divide a material of equivalent width into two halves on the left and right, then layer one side horizontally with a margin left on the left and right, and place the other half of the material on the other side of the transparent base film. A pattern is pasted on the gold and silver foil base paper on one side of the composite laminate thus obtained, leaving a margin on the left and right.
Alignment marks are applied to the margins of the transparent base film on each side, and a pattern identical to the above pattern is applied to the gold and silver foil base paper on the other side of the composite laminate. The process is characterized by aligning the pattern based on the process and then cutting the composite laminate to the required width to obtain the desired product. According to the present invention, a composite laminate in which gold and silver foil and base paper are pasted on the front and back sides of a base film is used as the material for the warp and flat threads for pattern beginning, so it is possible to use a composite laminate in which gold and silver foil and base paper are pasted on the front and back sides of the base film. It is possible to solve the problem of partial thickness unevenness in layers, and therefore, it is possible to solve the problem of uneven elongation between flat yarns on a loom, which is based on the uneven elongation caused by uneven material thickness, which can be seen in flat yarns obtained by cutting single-layer materials. There is no pattern shift between them. Regardless of whether the composite laminate is required to have a length of at least one weaving lot length (at least 50 weaving lots on a normal loom), wrinkles can be avoided by laminating the constituent materials on one side, one on the front and one on the back. This can be achieved if it does not occur. When pasting such a long gold and silver foil base paper on both the front and back sides of the base film at the same time,
In practice, it is necessary to stack the front and real long base papers while holding them at the same tension to prevent wrinkles.
Although it is technically extremely difficult, if this is done on one side at a time, the base film can be pulled lightly to the extent that it does not loosen, and the base paper to be laminated can be attached to it using a normal tension-controlled winding method without wrinkles. Thus, according to the present invention, a long material made of a composite laminate and having a wrinkle-free texture and good texture can be obtained industrially and simply. The texture of the material is
For the object to be laminated on the front and back sides of the transparent base film, a material having a width equivalent to twice the length or twice the width of the woven fabric is divided into two on the front and back or left and right. Since the result obtained is applied, the front and back sides match. This is because the objects obtained in this way are products of the same lot and have substantially the same physical properties such as thickness, strength, and stiffness. On the other hand, if the textures of the front and back sides of the composite laminate do not match, the textures of the front and back patterns will also be inconsistent, and furthermore, the positions of the front and back patterns will not match. Even though
Although its usefulness is extremely low, the present invention provides a composite laminate whose front and back textures match as described above, so its usefulness is high. In the present invention, the gold and silver foil base paper or film on the front and back sides of the long material may be coated with a coating layer for sealing (for example, a coating layer of lacquer or synthetic resin) and/or a metallic luster, if necessary. A metal vapor-deposited layer may be formed for protection, or a protective coating layer as an overcoat may be formed on the coating layer. In the present invention, a pattern is then applied to the gold and silver foil base paper on the front and back sides of the elongated material by appropriate means, such as printing. in this case,
In the present invention, there are margins on the left and right sides of the transparent base film, and alignment marks are attached to these margins, so
After a pattern is applied to the front surface of the material, the mark can be seen through when forming the pattern on the back surface of the material, and the pattern required for imparting the pattern to the back surface can be easily aligned based on the mark.
In the present invention, gold and silver foil base paper is pasted on the front and back sides of the base film, and the pattern is applied on top of it, so the resulting pattern-leading south weft and flat yarns have a fluffy, soft texture. Excellent feel, gloss and color tone. Therefore, according to the present invention, the delicate texture that is always required of high-quality Nishijin textiles can be expressed in the warp and flat threads. However, when gold and silver foil base paper is attached to a base film, wrinkles occur, which appear in a lotus shape when the pattern is printed. If the wrinkles occur in different ways on the front and the actual paper, the patterns on the front and back sides will look different. These are phenomena discovered at the research stage related to the present invention. In view of this problem, the inventor of the present invention made many attempts to attach gold and silver foil base paper to the front and back sides of the base film with uniform wrinkles on both sides. Apply the material obtained by dividing Minato base paper into front and back halves, or the material obtained by dividing gold and silver leaf base paper with a width equivalent to twice the width of the fabric to be woven into left and right halves,
By laminating one of them on one side of the base film and the other on the other side of the base film, it was possible to make wrinkles uniform in the paper on the front and back sides of the base film. Thus, according to the present invention, by applying the same pattern on the front and back sides of the gold and silver foil base paper, which is coated on the front and back sides of the base film, it is possible to create a high-quality Nishijin textile with the same texture. We have now provided a method for manufacturing warp and flat threads for starting a pattern, which can produce the delicate texture required for a belt and the same pattern on the front and back sides. In this way, the present invention guarantees that a material for decorative warp and flat threads with the same desired pattern applied simply and accurately on both the front and back sides can be obtained, and by cutting this material, warp and flat threads for pattern beginning can be obtained. . Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The transparent base film 1 can be made of any suitable material, such as a polyester film or a nylon film. The thickness of the film can vary within a wide range, but is generally preferably 0.01 skin thick. The width of the film needs to be slightly wider than the width of the fabric, and generally, for example, if the fabric layer has 300 layers, the width is 350 mm. The length corresponds to the length of the fabric. The gold and silver foil base paper 2 to be adhered and laminated on the front and back surfaces of the transparent base film 1 can be, for example, the same gold and silver foil base paper conventionally used for decorative warps or silk filaments. This base paper is narrower than the transparent base film 1, ie, has a width corresponding to the width of the fabric. The objects to be laminated on the front and back sides of the transparent base film 1 may be coated with sealing coats as necessary.
A coating layer 4 (for example, a coating layer of lacquer or synthetic resin) and a metal coating layer 5 for imparting metallic luster are formed.
Furthermore, a protective coating layer 6 is formed thereon. For the above-mentioned purpose, the gold and silver leaf base paper 2 is
It is a same type of product and has a length equivalent to twice the length of the target warp yarn or a width equivalent to twice the width of the woven fabric. Apply the result obtained by dividing into two parts. When forming the above-mentioned filler coating layer or gold layer vapor deposition layer on the gold and silver foil base paper 2, in order to make the texture of the front and back sides and the purpose of matching more rational,
After the formation of this layer, the material is subjected to the two-part treatment described above. The lamination of the gold and silver foil base paper 2 on the transparent base film is as follows:
This is done on each side of the back. This lamination may be carried out using a conventionally known adhesive and by a conventional tension-controlled winding method. During lamination, margins 7 are left on the left and right sides of the transparent base film 1. A pattern is then applied to the gold and silver foil base paper on the front and back sides of the composite laminate thus obtained. This pattern can be formed by appropriate means.
For example, this may be done by printing. When forming the first pattern, an appropriate positioning mark, for example, a mark 11, is placed on the margin 7 of the transparent film 1 on that side. A pattern identical to the first pattern is formed on the opposite side.
During this latter pattern formation, the alignment mark is viewed through and alignment for forming the pattern is performed based on it. For the verification, for example, a method used in multicolor printing may be applied, and as a mark for verification, an appropriate mark corresponding to the above-mentioned ○ mark, for example, a cross mark can be used. These marks become gold when encoded. ” he corrected. 3 The section ``Brief explanation of the drawings'' was changed to ``Figure 1 shows the warp and flat yarn material of the present invention (
