Description

Method of manufacturing recycled webbing fabric}Method of manufacturing recycled webbing fabric

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a recycled webbing fabric, and more specifically, by using waste fabric woven from natural fibers as well as waste fabric woven from synthetic or regenerated fibers, it has excellent flexibility, heat resistance and antibacterial properties, and friction It relates to a method for manufacturing a recycled webbing fabric without thread unwinding.

Fabric bands obtained by slitting or cutting ordinary fabrics woven using natural or synthetic fiber yarns as warp and weft yarns are widely used as materials for fashion bags and fashion clothes. However, the warp and weft yarns on both sides of the fabric band easily fall out due to friction, etc., resulting in a problem in that the tensile strength and the friction fastness are greatly reduced.

As another material for manufacturing fashion clothes, in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1908394, a webbing fabric woven by using a narrow fabric woven with warp and weft yarns was also used. Fashion clothing also had a problem with low flexibility.

On the other hand, in Korean Patent Laid-Open Patent No. 10-2016-0018205, after arranging conventional yarns in the warp direction, and alternately arranging decorative members such as conventional yarns and synthetic resin tapes at regular intervals in the weft direction, the warp and Although weaving weaving yarns to cross each other and having a decorative pattern formed therein is disclosed, when cutting and cutting the fabric having the decorative pattern for the manufacture of fashion clothes, the conventional yarn that is the warp constituting this, and the conventional yarn that is a part of the weft yarn. There was a problem in that the yarn easily escapes due to friction, etc., and the tensile strength and friction fastness are greatly reduced, and the decorative member such as the synthetic resin tape lacks flexibility, so that the flexibility of fabrics or fashion clothes including the same occurred.

On the other hand, in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-2045276, both sides of the fabric band are coated with an adhesive solution on the back side of the fabric band obtained by cutting the fabric into narrow widths to prevent the thread loosening of the cut part due to friction. A method of manufacturing a webbing fabric by using the edge folding fabric strip as warp and weft yarns after folding the edge and pressing it on the back surface of the fabric band to prepare an edge folding fabric strip in which the edge is folded is disclosed. .

However, the method has a problem in that the manufacturing process is complicated and the flexibility of the manufactured webbing fabric is deteriorated because a process of folding the edge is added to manufacture the edge folding fabric strip.
