    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸パイプに連結された排出パイプの自由端に設けられた
    溢流管を有するデカンタと、上記軸パイプを所定範囲に
    回動させる回動手段と、上記デカ、ンタに揺動可能に支
    持され、スカム排出口が開口されたフロートと、上記デ
    カンタに設けられ、上記フロートの揺動範囲を規制し、
    かつ所定時に該フロートの上記スカム排出口を水面下に
    押し沈めるストツパとを備えたスカム除去装置付上澄排
    出装置。
