    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 曝気工程、沈澱工程および放流工程を繰返す処理槽の処
    理槽内から槽外へ至るほぼ水平でかつ回動可能な放流管
    と、この放流管から直角方向にのび自由端にオーバーフ
    ロー管が接続された下降管と、この下降管の反対側の上
    記放流管に取付けられ外力が働らかない時にオーバフロ
    ー管を水面上に保持するバランスウェイトと、上記放流
    管を回動させるエアシリンダとを備えたデカンタ。
