【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、建物、主として軽量発泡コンクリー
ト製の外壁体を備えたプレハブ住宅における外壁
体上端部と天井体との結合構造に関するもので、
その目的とする所は、結合部における結合金具等
が屋外に全く露呈しないようにして、外部からの
耐火性を高めると共に、結合を屋内から作業し得
るようにして、従来の建築において外壁外面に沿
つて高い足場を必要としていたものを省略し、即
ち、本考案は、軽量発泡コンクリート製の外壁体
の上縁に沿つて内側面を開放した凹陥部を所定間
隔で以て複数個設け、該凹陥部内に、開口された
断面ロ字形鋼枠からなる取付金具を、その開口部
を屋内に向けてそれぞれ収容固定すると共に、上
記外壁体の上端部に結合する建物最上階の天井体
の側縁には上記凹陥部に対向する凹処を設け、該
凹処内に断面L字形の連結金具をその垂直面介し
てそれぞれ固定し、上記取付金具と上記連結金具
とを上記連結金具を上記取付金具上に載置した形
態でボルトで緊結して上記外壁体の上端部と上記
天井体をの結合した、建物における外壁体上端部
と天井体との結合構造を提供するものである。更
に外観を向上させた住宅を提供することにある。
以下図面に示した外壁体と天井体との結合構造の
実施例に基いて本考案の要旨を説明する。

つて天井体11上に支持されるようにしてある。
また、18は雨水樋19を内蔵した屋根周縁構成
部である。尚、20は隣設する外壁体1,1間の
連結部材である。
