[Detailed description of the invention] This invention mainly relates to the structure of the joint between the upper and lower exterior walls of a prefabricated house equipped with exterior walls made of lightweight foamed concrete. The purpose of this invention is to increase the fire resistance from the outside by completely preventing the connecting metal fittings at the joint from being exposed to the outdoors, and to make it possible to connect the joints without having to be performed from the outdoors.
To provide a house which can be carried out indoors, does not require any conventional high-place scaffolding, and has a neat and suitable appearance.

施例に基いて本考案の要旨を説明する。
The present invention achieves the above-mentioned purpose by providing recesses each having an opening toward the indoor side at predetermined intervals along the lower edge of the upper outer wall made of lightweight foamed concrete and the upper edge of the lower outer wall made of lightweight foamed concrete. A plurality of mounting brackets each having an open cross-sectional square-shaped steel frame are fixed symmetrically in the recesses formed facing each other with their openings facing indoors, and the mounting brackets are respectively fixed in the recesses respectively. Interlocking fittings that can be closely connected to the upper and lower mounting fittings are interposed between the upper and lower fittings that are symmetrically fixed, and the connecting fittings and the upper and lower mounting fittings are respectively connected with bolts. This has been achieved by providing a structure for connecting the upper and lower exterior walls of a building, in which the exterior walls are joined together. The gist of the present invention will be explained below based on the embodiments shown in the drawings.

1 is the upper outer wall, made of lightweight foam concrete P
The main body is a steel frame 8, and a plurality of recesses 2 are formed at predetermined intervals along the lower edge thereof. The recessed part 2 is not exposed on the outer surface 1' of the outer wall 1, and an opening 3 is formed only on the inner surface 1''. Therefore, when the mounting bracket 4 is fixed in the recessed part 2, there is no access from the outside. Not only is it invisible, but the outer wall 1
The lower edge 5 of has a recessed portion 2 formed therein so as to extend downwardly. The mounting bracket 4 has a square shape, and is fixed to the outer wall 1 via a U-shaped locking frame 6 and a reinforcing plate 7, as shown in the first diagram. It is connected to the frame 8 and also serves as a part of the frame. Reference numeral 9 denotes a through hole drilled in the lower surface of the metal fitting 4, into which a bolt 10 is inserted.

The lower outer wall 1 is completely symmetrical to the upper one, with mounting brackets 4 installed upside down, and members similar to those in the upper part are given the same numbers. Reference numeral 11 denotes a floor body, and a recess 12 is formed in the side edge at a position opposite to the recessed parts 2, 2 of the upper and lower outer walls, and a connecting fitting 13 is fixed in this recess. The metal fitting 13 has a square cross section and is fixed to the floor body 11 by coach screws 14 via both side edges 13'. Further, a through hole 17 and a screw hole 18 are provided on the upper surface 15 and lower surface 16 of the metal fitting 13. Reference numeral 19 denotes a T-shaped connecting frame, which connects the outer wall bodies 1 and 1 that are connected in the horizontal direction, and has protrusions 20 protruding from both ends, facing the through hole 17, and connecting the through hole 21. is opposed to the screw hole 18. This upper and lower screw hole 1
A nut 22 is welded to the inner surface of the bolt 8 so that the bolt 10 can be tightened from the outside. Also, a cut step portion 23 corresponding to half the thickness d of the floor body 11
are provided on the indoor side of the opposing edges 5, 5 of the upper and lower outer walls 1, 1, and the floor 11 is completely shielded from the outside by the butt of both walls 1, 1.
In addition to the cut step 23, the recess 2 is provided on the indoor side of the facing edge 5 of the outer wall 1, as described above. In contrast, the concave portions 2 are provided at predetermined intervals along the opposing edge 5, and the size of the cut step portions 23 is large enough to accommodate the upper or lower portion of the end of the floor body 11. On the other hand, the size of the concave portion 2 is approximately equal to the height of the mounting bracket 4 fixed above or below the connecting bracket 12 and the upper part of the connecting bracket 13, which is approximately equal to the height of the end of the floor body 11 in the case of the embodiment. Therefore, the cut step portion 23 has a size that accommodates the recessed portion 2
Where it exists, it is substantially absorbed into the recess 2. 24 and 25 are decorative plates for closing the opening 3 after tightening the bolts.

Next, to explain the joining work of the joining parts of the present invention, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. Place the connecting fittings 13 facing each other on the mounting fittings 4 fixed to the lower outer wall 1,
A bolt 10 is screwed into a screw hole 18 of a connecting fitting 13 through a through hole 9 from an indoor opening 3 and into a nut 22 welded to the inner surface thereof and fixed. At this time, the opposing edge 5 of the lower outer wall 1 covers half the thickness of the floor 11. After installing the floor body 11, the upper outer wall body 1 is placed on the periphery of the floor body 11 with the mounting brackets 4 and the connecting brackets 13 facing each other in the same manner as described above, and the opening 3 is similarly used to allow the upper outer wall body 1 to be installed from indoors. bolt 1
0 to the connecting fitting 13 in the same manner, the work is completed, and the structure of the present invention is completed.

Next, the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is an example where the floor body 11 is not required, such as a stairway part or an atrium part. In this case, instead of the floor body 1, the upper and lower openings are A shielding decorative plate 26 is attached, and this decorative plate 26 is fixed to the connecting fitting 13 via an auxiliary member 27.

As mentioned above, according to the present invention, the connection between the upper and lower exterior walls can be performed smoothly and easily, and the metal fittings required for the connection are not exposed outdoors at all, so that fire resistance can be improved and the appearance can be improved. orderly and
Since the joining work can be carried out indoors, there is no need to build scaffolding along the exterior wall as in the past, making it economical and easy to carry out without any danger. It is easy to carry out maintenance and inspection work through the opening of the metal fitting, which has many practical benefits.

It is optional whether or not to attach the floor body using the structure of the present invention, but if the floor body is attached to the connecting fittings as described above, the load of the upper outer wall will be supported by the connecting fittings and will be transferred to the floor body. Therefore, wood panels such as the one shown in Figure 2 can be used as the floor, etc.
The type of floor body can be arbitrarily selected regardless of the structural strength of the building, and the floor body is not interposed between the upper and lower exterior walls, so standardized upper and lower exterior walls are used. Even when building a building with a standardized height, the thickness of the floor can be selected arbitrarily.
