An alloy is used as the core material 1, and a material 2 having good corrosion resistance and brazing properties is provided on the outside of the core material 1, such as Ni-Cr alloy, gold alloy, etc.
A method of cladding with silver alloy or the like has been adopted.

When brazing in the air at 0 to 900°C, a very brittle intermetallic compound 6 is generated at the interface between the core material 1 and the outer material 2, so the layer of intermetallic compound 6 peels off after brazing. There was a fatal flaw.

C When brazing in the atmosphere, a solid solution 8 of the core material 1 and the intermediate layer 7 is formed, so it does not exhibit brittleness but is rather strengthened. Therefore, there is no peeling after brazing, and good brazing with high brazing strength can be obtained.

In addition, in the test piece of the conventional example, the joint surface between the core material 1 and the outer material 2 was a fracture surface, whereas in the test piece of the example, the base material was a fracture surface, and the joint surface between the core material 1 and the outer material 2 was a fracture surface. It can be seen that the bonding strength is high.
