Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 5. In the figure, reference numerals 1' to 4' indicate first to fourth base paper rolls wound with band-shaped honeycomb base papers 1 to 4, each of which is provided so as to be freely fed out, and is provided with an appropriate guide means (not shown) such as a guide roller or the like. ) and are fed along a fixed route. Second
An adhesive line coating roller 5 is provided on the feed path of the second base paper 2, and a line of adhesive is coated on the upper surface of the second base paper 2. The kneading reroller 5 has a plurality of circumferential grooves 12 as shown in FIG. 2, and the adhesive stored in the circumferential grooves 12 is applied. Therefore, a linear adhesive application portion 13 is provided on the upper surface of the second base paper 2 . The second base paper 13 is then pressed by a press roller 9 and bonded to the first base paper 1. Similarly, a line of adhesive is applied to the fourth base paper 4 by the adhesive line application roller 6, and the fourth base paper 4 is bonded to the third base paper 3 by the press roller 10. After pasting the third base paper 3,
A line of adhesive is applied to the upper surface by an adhesive line application roller 7, and the second base paper 2 to which the first base paper 1 has been pasted is pasted together using a press roller 11. After pasting the sea urchins in four layers, the upper surface of the first base paper l is further coated with a line of adhesive using the line coating roller 8, and then cut with the cutter 14, so that the four layers are laminated. A strip-shaped paper strip laminate 15 (FIG. 3) is obtained. Each paper piece 1" of the paper piece pasted body 15
The linear adhesive application portions 13 between 4" and 4" are arranged alternately. For this purpose, the line coating rollers 5 and 6 should have the circumferential grooves 13 in the same position, and the coating rerollers 7 and 8 should have the circumferential grooves 13 in the same position. A roller whose groove 13 is shifted from the line coating roller 5.6 is used.

In this way, the four-fold paper strip bonding body 15 is sequentially supplied onto the mounting place 17. This stack of paper strips 15 is suctioned by a vacuum type suction pad 18, and sequentially conveyed and stacked on a table lift type elevating table 19. Then, when stacking, the stacked paper strips 15 are bonded to each other by being pinched by the upward force of the lifting table 19 or the downward force of the suction pad 18. In this way, a large number of bonded paper strips 15 are bonded in a stacked state to form an unexpanded honeycomb core 20. Suction pad 18
The lifting cylinder 2 is attached to the trolley 22 installed on the frame 21.
It is attached so that it can be raised and lowered via 3. The unexpanded honeycomb core 2o is taken out from the lifting table 19 to another location and expanded to form a honeycomb core 20' as shown in FIG. 5. The expanded honeycomb core 20' is immersed in a resin bath to be impregnated with resin and dried, if necessary, in order to strengthen the honeycomb core 20'.

In this way, the honeycomb core 20' is completed, but instead of adsorbing the paper pieces l"~4# one by one and stacking them,
A plurality of sheets are bonded together in advance to form a paper strip bonded body 15, which is sequentially transported and stacked on a lifting table using a vacuum suction pad 18, so that unexpanded honeycomb cores 20 can be efficiently and continuously produced.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, a four-layered paper strip bonded body 15 was used, but a double-layered paper strip bonded body may be conveyed by the suction pad 18. Further, in the above embodiment, the kneading reroller 7.8 is provided separately, but the press rollers 10, 11 may also be used as the kneading reroller.
