Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定液体中に対向配置された少くとも一対の電極２，
    ３からなり、該被測定液体の液面位の変化によって静電
    容量が変化するコンデンサ４と、該コンデンサの温度特
    性と逆の特性を有すると共に、前記コンデンサ４と直列
    に接続されて時定数・ 回路を形成する感温抵抗素子８
    と、前記コンデンサ４からの静電容量に応じた時売数の
    電圧を入力し、その電圧が所定の電圧を越えたことを検
    出することにより、その所定の電圧に達するまでの時間
    に対応する周波数又はパルス幅の信号を出力する液面検
    出部５，６，７，９，１２．１３とを備えた液面検出装
    置において、前記感温抵抗素子８を前記被測定液体中に
    常に浸すように配設し、前記被測定液体の温度変化によ
    る前記コンデンサ４の静電容営の変化に基づく時定数の
    変化を補正したことを特徴とする液面検出装置。
