The above-mentioned conventional method of braiding loops by forming long and short lengths requires complicated processes and advanced technology, and is extremely disadvantageous from an industrial perspective. It was almost impossible to create a clear pattern because the boundaries of the parts were not clear, and the desired clear three-dimensional pattern could not be obtained.

As a result of extensive research, the present inventors have solved the above problems by fully knitting a special knitted fabric using soluble yarn, and by processing this fi, they have obtained a knitted fabric with an elegant three-dimensional pattern. This is the result of successful completion of the present invention.

That is, the present invention shirrs a knitted fabric having a pile pressed down by a soluble yarn, cuts the protruding pile, and then dissolves and removes the soluble yarn to eliminate the pressing of the pressed pile. This is a method for producing a knitted fabric having a three-dimensional pattern, which is characterized by releasing and raising the knitted fabric.

The soluble thread used in the present invention refers to a thread that dissolves in a specific solvent, and water-soluble vinyl alcohol thread is suitable for this purpose. In addition, alkaline hydrolyzable polyester threads and the like can be used, but of course the thread is not limited to these.

Knitting is carried out using insoluble yarns for the nomi-il yarn and ground yarn, and soluble yarns for the pile presser. At this time, the nozzle is knitted so as to form any desired pattern at the part where it is pressed by the soluble thread.

Thereafter, the soluble yarn is melted to release the pressed filament and make it stand up, thereby forming a pattern in which the standing pile part becomes a convex part. The neat patterns formed in this way are beautiful and highly fashionable.

In addition, in this case, if water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol thread is used as the soluble thread, the polyvinyl alcohol thread will shrink with steam and become glue-like, so steaming before shirring will prevent the linocloth from being held down. This shrinkage becomes more noticeable on the surface, and deep shearing becomes possible. As a result, the pile stands out more clearly after dissolution and removal, making it possible to clearly express the pattern of the convex portions. . Furthermore, in the case of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol thread, a low-temperature soluble thread and a high-temperature soluble thread are used, and the former fills the concave portions of the pattern. After creating a knitted fabric in which each nozzle corresponding to the convex part of the pattern is pressed in the latter, the low-temperature soluble yarn is melted to stand up the pile as the first stage treatment, followed by shirring. All the concave parts of the pattern are formed. After that, as a second stage process, the high temperature soluble thread is melted at a bath temperature higher than that of the first stage process to make the chisel stand up, and it is also possible to form the pattern of convex parts.

[Example 1] Using a warp knitting machine (KARL MAYER KS4 FBZ 28 gauge, tricot knitting machine), 208/1 cotton yarn was used to feed the front reed among the four reeds, and water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol was used to feed the pack reed. Yarn, 6O8/2 for feeding yarn of middle reed 1
A warp-knitted fabric was knitted using cotton yarn and polyester yarn of 75 denier and 36 filament length 1 as the yarn feeding yarn of middle reed 2. At that time, the 208/1 cotton thread on the front becomes the pile thread, the 608/2 cotton thread and 2 ester thread on the middle 12 become the ground thread, and the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol thread on the pack presses down a part of the nomi-ile thread on the front to make the pile. .

For this knitted fabric, shirring was applied to the standing knitted threads without shirring the tsukuil threads under the presser foot. Thereafter, this knitted fabric was soaked in warm water at 75° C. for 20 minutes and stirred to dissolve and remove the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol yarn.

By this process, the presser foot makes the fC pile yarn stand up, and a knitted fabric with a three-dimensional effect is obtained, where the shirred part becomes a concave part and the pile part becomes a convex part. Of the four reeds used, two types of yarns, 20S/1 cotton yarn and 20S/1 cotton yarn twisted together with water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol yarn, are arranged as appropriate for the yarn feeding of the front reed. Warp knitting was performed using 208/1 cotton yarn for the pack reed, 6.08/2 cotton yarn for the meal reed 1, and polyester yarn 75 denier and 36 filament for the middle reed 2. The land was organized. In this case, the front-fed 208/1 cotton yarn and the 20S/1 cotton yarn twisted and twisted with water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol yarn become pile yarns on the front side, and the pack-fed 208/1 cotton yarns become the flimsy yarns on the back side. Become. Further, the 60 S/1 cotton yarn and polyester yarn fed to the middle yarns 1 and 2 become ground yarns.

I got it. The knitted fabric was dried and then shirred on the standing knitted yarn portions. Subsequently, the threads were immersed in warm water at 60° C. for 20 minutes and stirred to dissolve and remove the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol threads, and the pile threads that had been pressed down were made to stand up.

[Example 3] Using a single cylinder pile circular knitting machine (20 gauge), 20S/1 cotton yarn and 20S/1 cotton yarn were used for the part that would become the nozzle yarn.
Yarns made by twisting and twisting 0S/1 cotton yarns with water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol yarns were arranged as appropriate, and nine knitted fabrics were knitted using polyester woolly yarn of 75 denier and 36 filaments in the portion that would become the ground yarn.

This knitted fabric was steamed for 1 minute using steam at 100° C. using a steam setting machine. As a result of steaming, the yarn obtained by twisting the 20S/1 cotton yarn with the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol yarn was pressed down by the di-zoil rudder due to the contraction of the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol yarn, resulting in an unruly state. In other words, a knitted fabric having a pile standing portion and pressed-in portions n and '1c was obtained.
