[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention is a method of applying three-dimensional shirring to a pile-weave knitted fabric by shirring the pile-woven fabric and varying the degree of shearing, thereby forming a three-dimensional surface. The present invention relates to a pile woven or knitted fabric and a manufacturing method thereof.

Conventionally, pile woven and knitted fabrics that have been shirred (hand towels, towels, sheets, summer clothes, etc.) are made by cutting between a pile woven and knitted cutter and a bed that is provided below and has an acute angle to the shearing blade. It is passed under constant tension, and as it passes, a loop of pile woven or knitted fabric is made to stand upright on a bed installed at the bottom of a rotating cutter, and the tip of the upright loop is cut with a rotating cutter and a plate blade for shearing. After processing, it is finished.

This product is used for high-end fashion because the ends of the pile are cut off and the surface becomes velvety, giving it a unique texture.
Even if you shirring a pile woven knitted fabric with a pattern such as jacquard weaving or embossed weaving, or shirring a plain pile woven knitted fabric and then printing, the result will be Because patterns are inevitably formed in a two-dimensional manner, there is little change in the current era when consumer tastes are diversified, and there are inherent problems in terms of functionality and fashion, and it is difficult to meet consumer demands. This is an unsatisfactory situation.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and by making the pattern pattern provided on the pile woven and knitted fabric appear three-dimensional, it can meet the diversified demands of consumers. In order to cope with this problem, we aim to provide a pile woven or knitted fabric with three-dimensional shirring and a method for producing the same, which increases the added value of functional fashion and also enables the development of new fields of use.

After the present invention is applied to a pile woven or knitted fabric with a fine pile and dried, it can be fixed to the base so that the loops do not stand upright when passing through the acute angle part of the towel fabric bed in the shirring process, and it can be washed with water after shirring. Shelf material that easily dissolves when printing, or a mixed paste material in which dyes or pigments used for printing are mixed with the shelf material alone, or both in combination with conventional printing materials, can be used to create piles. The woven or knitted fabric is coated and printed at predetermined locations, dried, and then shirred using the shirring machine described above. After washing and drying, a conventional finishing process is performed to obtain a product.

, f[il 21 For pile woven and knitted fabrics with colored patterns, use shelf material either on the colored pattern or around the colored pattern, and for those with a colorless pattern. For the colorless pattern, or around the colorless pattern, shelving material or colorless pattern paste mixed paste material, or colorless pattern pattern and printed material and shelf material around it, or this serial number. For plain or colored fabrics, shirring is performed using either shelf material, mixed glue material, or a combination of shelf material and printing material.

In this case, even if the pile woven silk fabric is shirred, the loops are fixed to the foundation where the shelving material or mixed glue is applied and crimped, so the ends of the loops are not cut at all or only slightly. Because it is not cut, when the shirred surface decomposes and becomes fluffy after washing with water, the area where the shelving material is applied becomes noticeably higher than the surrounding area and stands out from the surrounding area, giving the surface of the pile fabric a three-dimensional appearance. The color effect is sufficiently enhanced. The opposite phenomenon also occurs.

A first embodiment of the manufacturing method according to the present invention will be described next. A shelving material made of an aqueous solution containing polyvinyl alcohol as a main ingredient is applied and pressed onto the petals and confections of a towel fabric with a colored floral pattern that is pile woven using a jacquard loom. After drying, the above-mentioned shirring machine is used. The towels are made into towels after being shirred, washed, dried, and finished.

A second embodiment of the manufacturing method according to the present invention will now be described. A colored floral pattern is formed on a plain towel cloth woven with a tappet loom using a paper pattern.A glue mixture made of an aqueous solution containing polyvinyl alcohol as the main ingredient, mixed with an appropriate amount of reactive direct dye, is passed through a paper pattern. After drying, it is subjected to a shirring process using a yarning machine, and from then on it is made into a towel in the same manner as in the first embodiment.

A third embodiment of the manufacturing method according to the present invention will be described next. A conventional printing material is passed through the paper pattern onto a plain towel fabric woven with a tappet loom so that a colored floral pattern is formed, and then dried. Apply and press the same shelf material as in the example,
After drying, it is subjected to a shearing process using a shearing machine, and from then on it is made into a towel in the same manner as in the first embodiment.

In Examples 1 to 3 above, an aqueous solution containing polyvinyl alcohol as the main component was used as the shelf material, but after application, pressure, and drying, the loop could be fixed to the foundation so that it would not stand upright, and it could be easily eluted during washing. The material is not limited to polyvinyl alcohol as long as it is a material that is highly water-soluble.

Further, in the first embodiment, the shelf material was applied to the petals and leaves of the colored flower pattern, but conversely, the shelf material may be applied to locations other than the petals and leaves. ``In that case, a fantastic floral pattern like the one in the third embodiment will appear. In addition, in the third embodiment, a colored floral pattern was printed with a printing material and a shelf material was applied around it, but if the floral pattern was applied with a shelf material and the surrounding area was printed with a printing material, a white floral pattern was created. The pattern is formed so that it stands out, creating a unique floral pattern. In each of the first to third embodiments, floral patterns were used, but the present invention can be applied to any pattern other than this, such as a checkered pattern.
