ロン2の下方部に閉断面部6が形成されているこ
とに着目し、第3図に示すように上記リヤサイド
フレーム5の下面部や側面部等に小穴7を設ける
と共に、閉断面部6とビード3aにて形成された
閉断面内を連通する小穴8をリヤホイールエプロ
ン2に設け、且つ第3,4図に示すようにビード
3aにて形成された閉断面の上端部をリヤホイー
ルエプロン2とリヤクオータパネルインナ1bと
の接合固定部に近接した位置にて開放してエア抜
き穴9を形成し、電着塗装時上方のエア抜穴9か
ら空気を押出しつつ電着塗料が矢印の如く小穴7
より閉断面部6内を通り小穴8からビード3a内
に流入し得るよう構成したものである。上記ビー
ド3aとホイールエプロン2とによつて形成され
た閉断面の下端部は閉となつている。

開放させてエア抜穴を形成し、該エア抜穴を電着
塗装後シール材にて閉塞シールしたことを特徴と
