【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、ハウジングの内面にブツシユを嵌挿
し、該ブツシユの軸との摺動面に固体潤滑剤を埋
め込んで常に潤滑状態を保てるようにした軸受に
係り、特に高荷重を受けて低速回転する軸を支承
するに好適な軸受に関する。

の固体潤滑剤(バインダーとしてワツクス及び添
加剤を混合したものを含む)4を埋め込んであ
る。

にしている。しかし前記固体潤滑剤または固体潤
滑剤入りグリースの被膜は、その密着強度が弱い
ためすぐに剥離して所期の目的を果すことができ
ない。その結果、初期時においてブツシユ1の内
周面1aと軸2とがメタルコンタクト(金属接
触)を起して、内周面1aで凝着現象が発生して
しまう。そして凝着現象が生じた場合、前記ブツ
シユ1は一般に銅合金等で作られているため、凝
着の修復能力(もとに戻す作用)小さく、焼付き
が発生してしまう。また、焼付きまでいかなくて
も前記凝着現象の繰り返しが行われると、ブツシ
ユ1が早期に摩耗してしまう。

びブツシユの摩耗を防止すると共に、その後の運
転時における耐焼付き性および耐摩耗性を向上さ
せることができる軸受を提供せんとするものであ
る。

力の大きい軟金属から成る表面処理層15が形成
されている。該表面処理層15を形成する軟金属
としては、錫、鉛、金,銀等が用いられ、かつ表
面処理層15は、メツキ、酸化被膜法等により生
成される。

本発明による軸受は、前記の如き構成よりなる

動により前記表面処理層15が摩滅した場合に
は、表面処理層16と軸12とが接触することに
なるが、この時点では摺動部の温度上昇によりブ
ツシユ11の摺動面に固体潤滑剤14の被膜が生
成されるので、凝着現象が発生することはない。
従つて、凝着現象に基因する焼付き、あるいはブ
ツシユ11の摩耗が防止される。さらに、このと
きには軸12と表面処理層16とが摺動すること
となり、この表面処理層16は硬度が高いため、
耐摩耗性に優れており、このため、軟金属の表面
処理層15が摩滅した後の運転時における耐焼付
き性および耐摩耗性を向上させることができる。
