連通遮断する制御弁とを設けるとともに吸気管負圧が所
定圧よりも弱化することにより前記第1通路を大気に連
通すべく前記制御弁を制御する負圧通路を前記絞り弁下
流側の吸気通路に閉口させ、前記第2通路には第2遅延
機構を設け、前記アクチュエータ通路の分岐点には責速
機中立位置とクラッチ離脱との少くともーの運転状態に
より前記アクチュエータ通路と前記第1通路との連通を
遮断し前記アクチュエータ通路と前記第2通路とを連通
させるべく切換動作する切換弁を設けたことを特徴と肇
